Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking out shutter from the frame) not exceeding 1.50 sqm each and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking out shutter from the frame) exceeding 1.50 sqm and n exc 4.00 sqm each and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of shutters of any description exc 1.00 Sqm but n. exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing for factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet, reinforced with MS square tube fixed in opening complete as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed.

Supply & Fixing for 30 mm thick factory made solid panel PVC door shutter confirming to criteria of testing as per IS : 4020, consisting of frame made out of MS tube of 19 guage thickness & size 19x19mm for stiles and 15x15mm for top & bottom rails MS frames shall have a coat of red oxide primer of approved make and shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC `C' channel of size 30x50mm forming styles and 5mm thick 75mm wide PVC sheets for top rail lock rail and bottom rail on either side and 10mm (5mmx2) thick 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail panelling of 5 mm thick PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rail with 30 mm wide x 5 mm thick PVC sheet beading on either side and joined together with solvent cement, adhesive and an additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be struck on the interior side of 'C' channel using PVC solvent adhesive complete as per manufacturers specifications & drawings and as directed.

Supply & Fixing Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed in 2nd class hardwood complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing glazed/wire gauged/skeleton shutter 35 mm thick out of (well kiln seasoned) 2nd class hard wood (hollock) the size of rails and style as per IS chemically pressure treated in factory against termite infestation prepared to receive wire gauge (without sash bars) edges of frame chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered beads, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Wire gauge/glazing to be measured and paid separately.

Supply & Fixing factory made 35 mm thick plain, framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail using 2nd class HW (Hollock) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated the size of rail and style as per IS 1003 (Part-I) and panel insert of 9mm thick BWP commercial facing plywood or 12mm veneered particle boards with commercial ply complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of 30 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and ply wood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new wood base surfaces applying one coats of pink primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.
