Material and labour for dismantling Engine of DG Set 625 KVA of Kirloskar/ Greaves/ Caterpillar/ Cummins/ make after opening tappet cover, servicing the Gen Set by cleaning the cylinder head, removing the carbon deposit on the piston head, cylinder head, replacing the damaged Gaskets, replacement of spare parts required and re-assembling after cleaning testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Spare parts to be replaced during servicing shall be measured and paid for seperately under Sr Item No 95.00 to 103.00 and 107.00 to 108.00 of this BOQ respectively)

Taking out radiator assembly from 625 KVA DG Set for cleaning by using wire brush, K/oil/Acid, compressed air & soldering/brazing where found leakage and re-fix in the same position and testing to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.
