Earth work in excavation of the foundation tranches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sand stone) including removing spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75Mtr as directed. The Item including necessary trimming the sides of tranches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water etc. as required complete. Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500 mm.

Earthwork in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In ground floor including roof.

Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In ground floor including roof. upto 150 mm. thick.

Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars. In ground floor including roof.

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supply earth mover / excavator cum loader including fuel, permit, requisite operator, helper etc for 8 hrs. The rate is inclusive of all expenses complete.

Dismantling steel works in all types of sections upto a height of 5m above plinth level excluding cutting of rivet as per technical specifications clause 202 for rural roads of MORD, including dismembering.

Cleaning and removing conservancy garbage mixed with rubbish & other filthy materials from the road side flank, drain and compound including sutting, loading, unloading to and from truck or cart by Mathor labour & removing the same to any distance.

Surface Dressing of the ground inany kind of soil including removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within a lead upto 75 m as directed.

Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in gound floor as per relevant IS codes. Pakur Variety

Hire and labour charges for the shuttering with centering and necessary staging up to 4Mtr using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs beams, columns, lintels curved or straight including fittings, fixing and striking out after completion of the works (up to roof of ground floor) as per the direction of Engineer – In – Charge. Steel shuttering or 9 to 12 mm thick approved quality ply board shuttering in any concrete work

Provide Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. M.S. structural works with hollow sections (square or rectangular shape) conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS:1161-1998) connected to one another with bracket, gusset, cleat as per design, drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including cutting to requisite shape & size, fabrication including metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816-1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of all M.S. Hollow section, all consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of all tools and plants and labour reqired for execution and all incidental chages (such as electricity, labour insurance) etc. complete. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural memebrs of MS Holow Section as specified in relevent IS code in finished work. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat may be made by adding the actual weight of such items with weight of finished structural members. The rates are considered for a hight of erection 8 m. / 2nd floor level from the ground. Add 1.5 % extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond the initial 8 m. or part thereof. For other structural works like galleries.

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erectionall complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural members only in finished work as per IS specified weight. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat, rivets, bolts and nuts may be make by adding the actual weight of such item with the weight of finished structural members or 7% of weight for finished structural members weighing not less than 22.5 Kg. / m. or 15 % of weight for finished structal members weighing less than 22.5 Kg. / m. may be increased allow for bracket, cleat, rivet, bolts and nuts etc. and no seperate payment being made for these items, as per direction of Engineer In Charge. The rates are considered for a height of erection 8m. / 2nd floor level from the ground. Add 1.5% extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond initiial 8m. or part thereof. Supplying, fitting and fixing steel rolling shutter profile type with 18 B.G.of approved type steel latche section 75mm wide, fitted with coil wire spring to necessiate the fitting of required Nos. of C.I Pulleys on heavy type solid drawn seamless steel tube complete with locking arrangements both inside and outside specially built up side guide channels including providing a hood for the steel rolling shutter in the room, painting two coats of approved aluminium paint over a coat of red lead primer complete.

Providing and fixing exterior quality Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) wall cladding on existing Al. /MS frame work with GI brackets, ACP fixed on the existing frame work by folding the edges of ACP panel (Engraving the rear surface of ACP sheet) with CP angles, cleats and strainless Steel screws forming groves at the periphery of ACP panel. Such grooves filled with foam and silicon sealant etc. complete with all materials (but including the cost of silicon sealant), labour, scaffolding and all other incidental charges complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Mode of payment is on finished surface area of ACP) (b) 4mm thick (0.50mm Al.+3.0mm LDPE +0.50mm Al. PVDF coating)

Supplying 1.5mm thick M.S. sheet fitted and fixed on one or both faces of M.S./W.I. gate etc. with point welding at not more than 150mm apart complete in all respect as per design including cost of all labour and materials.

Supplying, fitting & fixing single skin colour coated trapizoidal profile for wall cladding, Roof shal be made of 0.45mm BMT (Base Metal Thickness) 0.50 mm TCT ( Total coated thickness excluding paint ), G550 (min 550 yield strength of Zincalume metallic coating (IS15965) with high Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) value for better colling as per thermatech technology, 1000-1015mm effective cover width with five major corrugation, 28mm high rib spaced at 203mm c/c with subtle square fluting in the pan and the end rib shall have anti-capillary groove and return leg. The steel sheet shall be fastened with 40 micron zinc coated or 25 micron zinc- tin alloy coated, hex head , self- drilling screw as per IS 3566-2002 Class 3 fastener. The base steel shall be coated with zinc-aluminium alloy Zincalume (AZ150) (i.e. 55% Al, 43.4% Zinc, 1.6% Si) minimum of 150 g/m2 coating total on both sides, pre-painted with colorbond XRW (xterior roofing, walling) paint system of 35 micron Super Durable Polyester paint (SDP) with stable inorganic pigment with no lead contents confirming IS15965. The sheet shall be free from defects and have brand marking of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheet at regular interval confirming genuinity of the material. Supplying and laying true to line and level vitrified tiles of approved brand (size not less than 600 mm X 600 mm X 8 to 8.5 mm thick) in floor, skirting etc. set in 20 mm sand cement mortar (1:4) and 2 mm thick cement slurry back side of tiles using cement @ 2.91Kg./sqM or using polymerised adhesive (6 mm thick layer applied directly over finished artificial stone floor/Mosaic etc without any backing course) laid after application slurry using 1.75 Kg of cement per sqM below mortar only, joints grouted with admixture of white cement and colouring pigment to match with colour of tiles / epoxy grout materials of approved make as directed and removal of wax coating of top surface of tiles with warm water and polishing the tiles using soft and dry cloth upto mirror finish complete including the cost of materials, labour and all other incidental charges complete true to the manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (White cement, synthetic adhesive and grout material to be supplied by the contrr] With application slurry @1.75 kg/ Sq.m, 20 mm sand cement mortar (1:4) & 2 mm thick cement slurry at back side of tiles, 0.2 kg/ Sq.m white cement for joint filling with pigment. Supplying and laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking concrete block pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per Table 1 of IS 15658:2006) manufactured in steel mould clamped to a vibrating table by hydraulic pressure (As per clause no 6.30 of IRC : Sp: 63 (2018) , from BIS license manufacturer , with spacer nib (small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving block as per Cl No 3.26 of IS : 15658) and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio (the ratio of length to thickness of a paver block as per CL No 3.3 of IS : 15658) as per Table 2 of IS15658 with flexural strength / breaking load as per Annexure G of IS15658 on prepared base course of specified CBR as per table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a couson of compacted bedding sand of 25-35mm thick (Grading of bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) and filling up the gaps in between paver block with joint filling sand (the grading of joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP-63) and completing the edges with cut blocks as per clause no. 8.7 of IRC SP-63 (2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand, compaction, leveling and filling up of the edge gap. 100mm thick.
