Deep Drilling of 125 mm dia Bore Holes by using Direct Rotary/Reverse Rotary/Dual Rotary/any other suitable method including providing, installation, testing, commissioning of Mark–II Hand Pumps and construction of platforms at 02 Nos Locations in District Jammu on Turnkey Basis (EPC) under UT Capex Budget 2022-23
Drilling of gravel packed bore hole of 250mm diameter and lowering of liner assembly consisting of blind and strainer pipes of 125mm dia. mtr upto 90 mtr by using Direct Rotary/Reverse Rotary/Dual Rotary/any other suitable method including installation of Mark-II hand pump and construction of platform as per UNICEF norms / as per site conditions
Providing of 125 mm dia. M.S. Casing Pipe. The 125mm dia. M.S. Casing Pipe ISI marked should have thickness of 5.4mm conforming to as per IS 4270 / 2001 medium class (Part-I) 2004 (Heavy C – Class) electric resistance welded beveled ended inside beed free pipes. All pipes from inside and outside to be provided with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of superior/approved quality. There should be no circumferential weld. The pipe from inside should be beed free having smooth finish. Each pipe shall have subjected to hydraulic pressure test at the manufacturer works in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments. All the physical and chemical properties of pipe including tensile strength should be in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments.
Cost for slotting of MS Casing Pipe 125mm dia. (to be charged as per actual)
Providing of pea shaped gravel as per IS-4097 of 1967 with latest amendments for gravel packing of hand pump, shrouding during lowering of liner assembly. (to be charged as per actual)
Development of bore hole by air compressor of adequate capacity to give clear water free from sand and impurities.
Providing of Mark-II Hand Pump should be ISI Marked Deep Well (Plain) Hand Pumps Mark-II conforming to relevant IS Code with upto date amendments complete with accessories and along with 8 Nos, 3 mtr long Riser Pipe of 32mm nominal bore, hot dip galvanized, screwed and socketed, fitted with socket made of seamless tube or machined from solid bar. Sockets fitted at one end thread protector at the other end and with 8 Nos of connecting rods made of bright bar electro galvanized, fitted with coupler and fitted with stand assembly
