Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers wth motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheelo roller to achieve the desired density. complete as per technical spercification clause-401 (As per Analysis of Rate)

Providing and applying tack cost with bitumen (VG- 10) at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom. As per technical specification clauses- 503 (As per Analysis)

Providing and laying 50 mm dense graded bituminious macadam with 100 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregrates of specified gradung premixed with total mix and filler MORTH Specification claused 507 complete in ali respects

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 60-90 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregrates of specified grainig, premixed with bituminious binder @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with senser control to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeler, vibratory and tandem rollers to acheive the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects. CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT(C.C ROAD) construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383 maximun size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side fromwork (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges,,.......... Complete.) Chapter -20 (New Item).

P/L of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including troising glass beeds @250 gm per sam area. Thickness of 2.5 mm in exclusive of surface applied glass beads etc…………………… Including coat of all material labour, T&P etc. reqiure for proper completion of work as direction by E/E.
