XLPE INSULATED UN-ARMOURED CABLES (LOOSE):

Supply, laying and erection of aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Un-armoured and served cable 1100 volts grade as per IS 7098 (Part-1)1988 to be laid loose in the existing trench or pipe as per PWD General Specifications:-

Earthing with G.I. wire/ rope in G.I. pipe partly recessed and partly on surface complete with 150cm long 50mm dia. G.I. earth pipe (Cutting threads and 36 Nos. holes, 1cm dia. to make a mesh around the GI Pipe) with G.I. reducing socket including erection of the same, 4.50 metre (14.76 feet) below ground level with 20Kg. charcoal & salt mixture etc., up to 8 metre in length (including boring & refilling).

Earthing with 7/14 S.W.G. (7/2.18mm dia.) G.I. rope in 20mm dia G.I. pipe with G.I. reducing socket 50mm x 20mm (upto 8Metre in length)

GALVANIZED IRON PIPES AND G.I. EARTHING:

Earthing earth rod 20 mm dia for providing earth connections upto line earth with G.I. Wire 8 S.W.G. (4mm dia.). The rod shall be tapered at one end and flatted on other end. The hole size 10mm dia shall be drilled on the flatened side for facilitating connection with G.I. wire and thimble etc. The rod shall be erected in ground upto complete length vertically:-

MCCB's (MOULDED CASE CIRCUIT BREAKER):

Supply and erection of Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (Panel mounting Cubical type) in the existing Cubical Panel (confirm to IEC:60947-2) having Ics=100% Icu, 100% neutral with spreader links and relevant PWD general specifications complete with G.I. Bolts, Nuts & Connection on both sides of MCCB with suitable size of thimbles etc:-

MCCB Four Pole 200amp., 415volts, ≥25kA Fixed Magnetic and Adjustable Thermal Setting

MS SHEET ENCLOSURE FOR MCCB's:

Supply & Erection of indoor type MCCB enclosure of suitable size having provision for MCCB with extended rotary handle. The Enclosure shall be made from 14/16 SWG CRCA sheet, confirming to IS 8623/1977-82. The door should be double folded without edge and the gasket should be ‘S’ type puffed neutral rubber gasket for long life. The hinges of the door should be bolted type with double hole arrangement. The Enclosure door lock should be quick openable type spring loaded. There should not be any special tool or key to open the lock. The Enclosure will be wall mounting type having provision for cable entry from bottom/top with cable glands etc. The sheet metal is sprayed with corrosion resistant etch primer. The finishing treatment shall be applicable with air drying paint (7/9 tank Powder coated process should present in company pemises) after necessary putty work:-

MS Sheet Enclosure having provision for MCCB 200-630Amp.with extended rotary handle (Approx. Size 750mm x 300mm x 250mm)

PCC POLES:

Supply and erection of pre-stressed cement concrete pole of suitable length with a given planting depth confirming to IS-1678/ 1960/1978 below ground level in excavated pit of suitable dimensions complete in all respect as approved by the Engineer-in-charge:-

DIE CAST ALUMINIUM CLAMPS (T-LINE):

Supply & erection of Die-cast aluminium clamp for making T-Line end terminal/ ends including cost of nuts & bolts etc. complete in all respect as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge:-

Dead end clamps of die-cast aluminium size 20-100sq. mm

PG di-cast aluminium clamp suitable for ACSR conductor size 80-100sq. mm

Supply stringing and sagging of aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) on poles including binding with insulators using aluminium wires complete as desired by the Engineer in charge of the site:-

Supply and erection of insulators confirming to IS-2544 & 5350 (Test Certificates of CPRI) includes supply and erection of nuts bolts and other accessories whatsoever required at site for fixing it to the structure pole. The job is to be completed as approved by Engineer-in-charge:-

STAY SETS:

Supply and erection of Stay Set consisiting of 19/20mm dia.of suitable length G.I. stay rod duly threaded upto 300mm at one end and shaped on the other end. MS plate size 30cm x 30cm x 6mm with 20mm dia. hole drilled in the centre of the plate G.I. stay wire size 7/10 SWG, G.I. thimble for stay binding, Egg/Strain insulator, MS elbow made out of 16mm plain sheet and a 20cm long piece of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron made to the shape as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Stay set complete shall be fixed to the pole by providing suitable size full clamps made out 50mm x 6mm size MS flat with required number of nut and bolts 16mm dia. on one end and shall be embedded on the other end . The stay plate shall be covered with cement concrete having total volume of the concrete not less that 0.042Cum. The job shall include excavation of pit and back filling and after pouring concrete with excavated soil etc. as approved/desired by the the Engineer-in-charge:-

Supply and erection of Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe to be laid 1mtr. below ground level including excavation placing the pipe in position and back filling with excavated soil etc. of the required size:-

Supply & erection of 11kV GO switch confirming to ISI specifications. The item includes supply and erection of operating pipe and handle arrangement of MS flat 50mm x 6mm and channels 75mm x 40mm sheet. The GO switch is to be fitted with locking arrangement so as it locks upward on 'ON' position and locks downward in 'OFF' position. The entire GO switch assemb ly/unit should be properly earthed and the job is to be completed as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Erection of MS angle iron (Channel)/ MS Flats of suitable size with cutting, bending and necessary holes as desired by Engineer-in-charge at site:-

Supply and Erection of MS flat iron size 50mm x 6mm thick with cutting, bending and necessary holes as desired by Engineer-in-charge at site.

Supply and erection of heavy duty aluminium thimbles/lugs for cable end termination duly crimped including making necessary connections completely:-

Supply and erection of 3 mtr long, 100mm dia GI pipe along with existing PCC pole with the help of 2 No. MS clamps made out of MS flat of size 50x5mm including the cost of all petty material required (such as nuts & bolts etc) to complete the job in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Supply & erection of 4 SWG GI wire on existing PCC poles including binding with the existing system including the cost of all petty material required to complete the job in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of existing ACSR conductor /GI wires from the existing poles including ,carrying and depositing, the same to PSPCL stores, Kotkapura including cost of transpotation,loading ,unloading etc. to complete the job in all respect to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge .

Dismantling ,of existing electrical poles with Pin/Disc insulator, MS channels etc. and carrying loading unloading same at PSPCL stores, kotkapura including cost of transpotation,loading ,unloading etc. to complete the job in all respect to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge .

Dismentling of existing transformer from the existing poles and refixing of transformer of 100 KVA and above excluding cost of its fitings such as Fuse unit, GO switch, Pin insulator, channel etc. whatsoever required to complete the job to entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

New Transformer 100 KVA

Supply installation testing and commisioning of 11/0.433 KV 3 phase , 50 cycle , Vector group Dyn-11, outdoor type,oil immersed, naturally cooled , stack core type contruction , Aluminuim Wound, CRGO core Tappings 2.5% Distribution transformer , EE Level-2, 2 star rated complete with fittings as per PSPCL specifications & confirming to IS-1180(part 1-) 2014 & IS - 2026 (with latest amendments inclusive of ISS : 335/1993 (with latest amendments) for Transformer oil, with the following accessories including the cost of all petty materials required to complete the job in all respects to the entire satisfaction of engineer in-charge.
