STEEL WINDOW (SIZE 1.00M x 1.30 M) Manufacturing supplying and fixing in position of steel window glazed with openable shutter frame and shutter frame made out of steel sections confirming to IS 7452/1982. The outer frames of windows made out of "Z" section (F7D) of size 20x20x3mm confirming to IS 7452/1982. Mullions are made out of (F4B) T section of size 46 x 25 x 3mm confirming to IS 7452/1982. The shutters are individual and each of them can be operated separately. Sash bars are made of "T" Section (T2) of size 25x22x3mm. 2 Nos. of surdy hinges and one number of handle cum ratch of special type are fixed for each openable shutter. Suitable opening is left for its easy operation. One number of window adjustable string with fixing bracket of sufficient length are provided for each shutter 4 No. of 40x40x3mm angle fold fosts of 230mm length are welded to the frames at appropriate point. M.S. Square bars of 12mm size is welded to the inner face of the window at equal intervals not excluding 10 cm spacing 3mm 3mm pin headed glass is used for glazing with good quality or 20 gauge M.S. sheet to be used. T.W. beeding of size 15x15mm with screws for fixing. All members are painted with one coat of red oxide primer. The rate is inclusive of each of all materials, labour charges for fixing, one coat of primer, welding charges transportation to the site of work loading, unloading and all other incidental charges etc. complete. Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Finishing with top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 20cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with same water proofing compound mixed with cement motar ,red oxide, including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Weathering Course Terrace Flooring with pressed tiles over broken bricks jelly concrete 20mm thick brick jelly and top finished with pressed tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm set in cm 1:3 using crude oil and points with same wibed mortar - 10 m2

Laying with new ceramic tiles 600 x 600 x 8mm tk for flooring and set in Cement Mortar 1:3 and pointed with white cement including adding with suitable colouring pigments of match with the colour of tiles used and curing etc., complete.
