Supply & fixing of overhead gantry, type XI retro reflective sign plate made out of 3mm thick Aluminium composite panel, faces to be covered with green type XI retro reflective sheeting and the matter & logo with overlay film type of sheeting after the etching treatment of Aluminium sheeting. The backside of sheeting should be covered with two coats of epoxy/ powder coating. This sheet shall be fixed on a frame of 40X40X5 iron angle.
Supply of steel structure in single section, Built up section/ frame from M.S. black pipes (medium duty) as per IS-1239 (part-1) 1979 with connecting plate and anchor bolts including cutting welding bolting fixing in position and applying primer coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint including foundation bolts
Foundation work for erection of Ovrerhead Gantry/Cantilever Sign Boards in RCC Mix 1:2:4 including excavation, reinforcement, shuttering, backfilling & removal of excess earth as per drawing
Erection of 3 post overhead Gantry Sign Board with gantry crane at site including nut bolting etc. including all safety measures/instruments for labour and anything around working site
