Supply, laying and jointing of ductile iron pipes with spigot and socket ends suitable for push on rubber joint centrifugally cast, class (K-9) , inner side cement lining and outer side black bitumen coating and any length, laid in trenches including push on rubber (EPDM) ring with ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed for the size 100 mm diameter.

All as per Ser Item No 8.01 here-in-before bur for Size 150 mm diameter.

Supply and Installation of Iron Removal cum Pressure Fiter plant (to improve iron content 10 PPM incoming to 0.3 PPM). Tertiary treatment unit consisting of down flow vertical single deck and multigrade pressure filter plant having capacity 10000 gallons per hours conforming to design code IS 2825/1969 and CPHEEO standard, consisting of one vertical cylinder mild steel pressure vessel ( conforming to ISS 2062) including face piping, filter valves, filter media, underbed plate fitted with PVC strainer, pressure gauges, sample stop cock, manhole, handhole, air vent system, back washing facility, suitable capacity air compressor as recommended by manufacturer with piping work including necessary foundation as recommended by OEM and connected accessories complete with following specifications:- (a) Flow rate 25 Cum Meter/hour (m3/hr) (b) Vessel dia of suitable size as per designed pressure. (c) Working pressure-minimum 3.5kg/sqcm. (d) Test pressure-minimum 5.0kg/sqcm. (e) Sillica sand (course not less than 0.5mm) & gravel media for filter of required quantity and size ( as per manufacturer's specifications). (f) Pressure gauges of glycerine type 100mm dia-02 nos. (g) Sampling cock-02 Nos( at incoming and outgoing point).

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of centrifugal pump set mono block, electrically driven 3 ph, 415 volts, 'F' class insulation IP 55 protection complete with pumpset MS metal body, CI impeller with discharge capacity 1600 LPM, minimum head 45 mtr, including base frame , pressure guage 0 to 7 kg/cm2, necessary electrical connections from starter to motor with 10 sqmm copper conductor in PVC/flexible conduit of adequate size incl. foundations as per manufactures specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :(i) The cost of above item is inclusive of cost of matrerial and labour for fabrication of Header (200 mm dia) made out of MS pipe of adequate length as per site requirement, having 03 incoming's of 150mm dia and 01 outgoing of 200mm dia. Testing of water for all parameters, chemical and bacteriological aspect including Arsenic & flouride test (As per IS 10500:2012) from any Govt. Approved / recognized laboratory as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed. (Transportation cost and other charges for testing process is included in one Job)

S & F electronic water level indicator to be fitted in pump room especially designed for elevated service reservoirs having approx 26.56 mtr height of OHT and Semi UG CWR Sump minimum 3mtr depth with 8 level sensors and 7 segment LED display showing level in stage, feet, percent and ltrs with alarm at full level including hooter suitable for approx 500 mtr area installed at pump house with probes/wires complete with magnetic float sensor in a suitable size conduit from OH tank/Semi UG sump to pump house including all other connected items for proper functioning of water level indicator. Make as approved by GE

Shifting of T&P to site and back for and including Electric logging of bore for precise delineation of granular zones & also the quality of ground water including report interpretation complete all as specified & as directed. NOTE:- Electric logging shall be carried out by any approved Govt Agency as approved by GE

Supplying assembling , jointing and lowering 6.35 mm (minimum) wall thickness & 200 mm diameter(internal) ERW MS casing pipes conforming to IS-4270-2001 or IS 3589 (Steel tubes used for water wells) and fixing in position (including necessary cleaning internal and external surfaces and painting inside and outside of pipes with two coats of anti corrosive black bituminous paint suitable for drinking purpose over a coat of Zink oxide primer) in different depth as directed, screwed, socketed, plain ended, jointed with heavy duty suitable size collar(stiffners) and necessary electric arc welding surrounding the pipe with 04 Nos stiffners of flat iron 40mm x 6mm thick, 300mm long both sides complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Pipes shall be of length 06 Mtr unless required in smaller lengths as per borewell requirement.

All as per Ser Item No 8.21 here-in-before but size 150 mm Diameter.

Supply assembling , jointing and lowering 6.35 mm wall thick & 150 mm internal (low carbon galvanised) (LCG) 'V' wire cage type strainer pipe conforming to IS -8110-2000 of slot 1 mm and fixing in position (including necessary cleaning internal and external surfaces and painting inside and outside of pipes with two coats of black paint suitable for drinking purpose over a coat of primer) in different depth as directed and welded with MS pipe and jointed with heavy duty suitable size collar complete with butt welding surrounding the pipes complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- pipes shall be of length 06 Mtr unless required in smaller lengths as per borewell requirement.

Supply and fixing of MS Taper reducer 200x150 mm having 10 mm wall thickness heavy duty with and including socket threaded as per IS 226 : 1975 for jointing casing/blank pipe of bore well including necessary welding work complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (i) Quoted rate shall deem to be inclusive of Arc welding , machining, welding materials and anti-corrosive black bituminous paint suitable for drinking purpose both internal and external surface of pipe.

Supply and fixing bail plug of 150 mm internal dia threaded of minimum thickness 6.35 mm and 3 mtr long made up of mild steel and continuous welded by electric arc welding at both ends complete all as specified as per IS 226: 1975 and directed.

Supply and placing pea gravel packing (gravel size 3mm to 5 mm as per IS or as per Geologist report) throughout annular space of the tube well assembly & slotted pipe of bore well up to required depth complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (i) Measurement of pea gravel shall be taken in measuring box at site & the same shall be record in MB duly signed by Engineer-in-Charge before packing surrounding the tube well assembly (From the total volume 10% of the volume shall be deducted & net volume thereafter shall be considered for the purpose of the payment).

Supply and fixing well cap in two parts out of MS plate 6mm thick for covering tube well internal dia 200mm depth duly welded with locking arrangement, including making holes for passing submersible cable & one run of support chain complete all as specified and directed. Note:- After complition of the work well cap will be used to keep the borewell closed untill the submersible pumping set is installed.

M&L for development of tube well with air compressor as per IS : 11189-1985 of suitable capacity till sand/mud free water of potable quality is obtained and to achieve minimum discharging capacity of 36000 LPH/ Max yield complete all as specified and directed by GE. Note: - Compressor with accessories and fuel shall be arranged by the contractor at the own cost.

M&L for development of tube well as per IS : 11189-1985 by over pumping 25 % using suitable size/type pump after completion of Srl Item No 8.28, Including Yield testing for tube well as per IS : 2800-2 1979. Note: - (i) Yield test of borewell shall be carried out in the presence of representative of Accepting Officer. (ii) "V" Notch & other equipment included diesel driven pump set including fuel shall be arranged by the contractor at the own cost.

Supply only strata sample box with glass cover 3 mm thick having internal dimension 1000mm x 600mm x 100mm made out of 20mm thick wrought Ist class hard wood shisham with hinges, hasp and staple including polishing complete with samples at various depth every 2 Mtr interval met in boring including lithological log strata chart in duplicate complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor should also make and provide a record of discharge, draw down and depth to water level duly recoreded in duplicate for official information and record.

M&L for sanitary sealing of tube well with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 of suitable size using 20 mm graded aggregate of size 1mx1mx1m with embedded gravel feed pipe of GI medium grade 80 mm size 2 m long with cap complete all as specified and as directed

Testing of raw water for all parameters, chemical and bacteriological aspect such as ph value, dissolved solids, hardness as CaCo3, calcium, magnesium, chlorides, sulphates, nitrate, alkalinity,iron,turbidity NTU,miniral oil, colour hazen units, taste,odour,total collform per 100 ml(microbiological test) & E coil per 100 ml(microbiological test), Arsenic & fluoride test (As per IS 10500:2012) as per norms of WHO from Reasonal Research Lab Jorhat/Defence Research Lab Tezpur or any Govt. Approved/recognized laboratory as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The Sample of raw water will be forwarded to the laboratory directly by the department duly sealed. The testing charge shall be borne by the contractor & report shall be submitted to the department / CE directly by the laboratory.

S&F mild steel well clamp suitable for 200 mm dia MS column pipe made out of 12 mm thick MS plate fabricated to shape, including drilling holes, nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified as per IS 226: 1975& as directed.

Supply & fixing centering guide suitable for 150 mm dia screen pipe with sizes as per IS 2800 Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, tesing and commissioning of electric driven submersible pump set suitable for operation on 415 volts 3 phase for 200 mm dia bore well for discharge capacity 750 LPM at 70 meter head with suitable capacity motor, clamp for column pipe ( MS 10 mm thick, 150mm wide of suitable length ) including PCC foundation and channel of size 100 x 50 mm complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Incase the pump specified above does not suit for the yield of water in bore well, the pump shall be re-designed subject to price adjustment based on pro-rata as per WHP.

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI strip 32x6mm as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternatee layer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cables in trenches in layers, 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Thickness of sand cushioning shall be the thickness after punning down.
