Supply of Modification and Repair of Cane Fibrizer

Modification and repair work of our old and existing swing hammer type cane fibrizer of 2500 TCD capacity cane milling Plant:

Modification and repair work of our old and existing swing hammer type cane fibrizer of 2500 TCD capacity cane milling Plant:- Specification of existing rotor assembly as under swing dia meter-2000mm, Nos of hammer -66, rotor skaft dia meter-306mm(existing) bearing no-23152 KC3 type of Rotor assembly-Disc Type

SCOPE OF WORK:-

Dismantling of Rotor assembly

Supply of New forged steel bloom in 45c8 Quality having 350 mm machined diameter ,3820mm (Equivalent to existing shaft)

Machining of New shaft out of Bloom as per mill drawing or as per sample having 350 mm machine diameter 3820 mm length Ictentical to our existing shaft complte in all respect

In creasing the bore of existing side/Inter mediate disc by boring operation to suit the size as per dia meter of New shaft.

Machining of bore and trueness checking of distance pieces between discs.

Adding of One No additional inter mediate disc and one no spacer (distance piece) to increas the hammer number 72 in place of existing 66 Nos.

Replacement of worn out SS-316 or gun metal bushes fitted in discs and hammer shanks by SS-316 or gun metal bushes.

Repair of end/Inter mediate disc, if required

Both ends chuck nuts are to be made new is IS:2062 Quality mild steel

Replacement of all worn out hammer holding Pins by SS-316 Pins (06 Nos)

Repair and hard facing of all hammers if required

Re-Assembling of Complete assembling in all respect

Drilling and fitting of 03 nos tie rods at equal distance for compact ness to rotor assembly

Dynamic balancing of Rotor assembly with test report.

NOTE:- (i) the Firm will provide all material test reports i.e, ultrasonic testing report of new rotor shaft and chemical com position report confirming 45c8 Quality of shaft from reputed/ Government approved lab and Dynamic balancing report .(ii) Firm will provide her, technical supervisior at this site at the lime of fitting of assembly at mill site.(iii) UT test will be done in presence of mill reper sentalive .(iv) Work will be completed in 45 days after confirmatory work order by mill
