6 mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws.. 35mm thick Second class deodar wood

Providing and fixing wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :Second class deodar wood

Applying priming coat With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Providing & fixing electric points incl. Laying of conduit pipes, fan box & wires of required thickness and approved make as per the Engineer-in-charge incl. Fixing of switches, lamp holder, complete job.

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport including loading /unloading and stacking complete. Sand lead up to 5 kms.
