Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Diesel Engine driven generating set 250 KVA, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts, 1500 RPM, 50 Hz power supply with power factor 0.8 coupled directly to alternator mounted on a common base plate complete with integral acoustic enclosure having silent features such as modular bolted construction with fabrication on imported CNC torret punch machines, nine tank treatment process with pure polyster based powder coating to ensure long life in all weather conditions and for out door application/ installation, integrated design there by facilitating / easy handling installation & shifting of the equipment at site. Compliance standard of DG set should be confirming to IS- 8728. The design of integral acoustic enclosure should be any type approved by national Physical laboratory as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB-IV) latest norms/ regulation with fuel tank, battery,AMF panel and standard accessories, acoustic enclosure, vibration pad, tools and spare, as provided by manufacturer, PCC foundation as per OEM to be paid under srl item no1 above all as specified and as directed with the following specifications :-A) ENGINE:- Greaves make or equivelant model from make specified in Appx B, direct injection,06 Cylinder , water cooled, compression ignited, turbo charged and charged water cooled diseal engine 268.09 HP at 1500 RPM and compling with BS 5514/ISO 3046 standard :-(i) 24V electrical starting system consisting of starter motor, charging alternator and 02 nos, 12V, 180 AH battery. (ii) Dry type Air cleaner with restriction indicator (iii) In-line Fuel injection system with Electronic Governor (iv) Spin-on Lube oil filter elements (iv) Radiator, Air-to- Air after cooler, pusher fan & fan drive arrangement, Gear driven water pump (v) Sensor for oil pressure, Coolant temperature & level (iv) First fill of Lube oil. (API CF4 grade, Greaves Maxtherm Lube or equivalent)

( B) ALTERNATOR:- Single bearing alternator suitable for continuous operation generating 250 KVA at 1500 RPM, 415 Volts, 0.8 power factor (lag) suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system confirming to BS 5000/ IS 4722, brushless type, screen protected revolving field, self excited, self regulated through an AVR. The alternator has the following features: (a) ± 1.0% voltage regulation (max) in static conditions (b) IP: 23 protection with insulated class H (c) Permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hours of operation. Features, Functions, Protections (a) 16 character x 2 line alphanumeric LCD display with LED backlight (b) Operator Interface (c) Provide a record of most recent fault conditions, Fault history stored in the control non volatile memory (d) Provide Alternator data frequency.Provide Engine data- Starting (a) Battery Voltage (b) Engine Temp (c) Oil pressured (d) Engine Hrs run Control includes provision for service adjustment and calibration of DG control function (a) Voltage, frequency selection (b) Meter calibration (c) Configurable input and output set up Power start operates on 24 V DC batteries Auto start mode accepts a ground signal from remote devices to automatically start the DG set. The remote start will also wake up the control system from sleep mode. Engine Starting The control system supports automatic engine starting, Primary and back up start disconnects are achieved by battery charging feedback or main alternator output frequency.Controller provide configurable time delay of 0-300 sec to start after remote start signal and time delay of 0-600 secs prior to shutdown after stop signal.Sleep mode increase battery life. Configurable current setting from low to minimize current draw when genset is not working.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 150 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting it out for laying of cable / pole in soft/hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering, and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level exc. 1.5 cm above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for crushed stone sand cushioning to UG cable, provide with the layer 8 cm before and 15 cm after laying and stretching jointing and testing the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Punned thickness will be measure and Paid.

Supplying and Laying old size bricks of size 230 mm x 113 mm x 75 mm ,sub class 'B' designation 7.5 for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.
