Submersible pumping machinery directly coupled with water proof suitable size motor having following specification :- Pump: Duty condition - 30 m3/hr Head- 55 Mtr Shaft- Stainless Steel Impeller- S.S / GM Outlet Size: 65mm / 80mm. Motor: Submersible type 3 Ph , 50Hz, 415 Volt ± 10% 2900 RPM Motor must be suitable for operation with star delta starter. (Test certificate along with characteristic curve should be submitted at the time of delivery).

1.1KV grade 6 sq.mm x 3 core water proof flat submersible cable for above pump-motor set. (Make: Approved Vendor list of PHED.)

1.1KV grade 10 sq.mm 3 core XLPE insulated Aluminium armoured cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988, with upto date amendments. (Make: Approved Vendor list of PHED.)

1.1KV grade 25 sq.mm 3.5 core XPLE Aluminium armoured Cable. (Make: Approved Vendor list of PHED.)

Supply,delivery at site and storage of 8core 1.5sq. mm copper cable for actuator motor. (Make:Gloster/Havells/Polycab/approved) TC needed.

100 Amps re-wireable porcelain fuse unit type TPN Main Switch with steel sheet enclosure (Conforms: IS/IEC600947-1&3). (Make: Approved Vendor list of PHED.)

Re-wireable type TPN Changeover switch 100 Amps 415V, 50Hz, 4p offload with steel sheet enclosure (Conforms: IS/IEC60947-1&3). (Make: Approved Vendor list of PHED.)

100 Amps, 4way, wall mounted Copper Busbar Chamber with steel sheet enclosure (Conforms:IS/IEC:60947-3). (Make: Approved Vendor list of PHED.)

Supply and delivery of the following valves, pipes and gauges etc at site-- (Make: Approved Vendor list of PHED.)

3mtr long 80mm dia UPVC standard type column pipe [cream color] with both side threaded and one end side socketed with registered KPMG.

1.5 mtr long 80mm dia UPVC standard type column pipe [cream color] with both side threaded and one end side socketed with registered KPMG.

80mm dia. CI Top & Bottom adopter.

Heavy type suitable dia. MS suspension clamp along with nuts bolts and washers.

3 Phase actuator operated wafer type butterfly valve of 80mm dia. (PN-1.0) as per IS:13095, IP-68. Make: Actuator - Rotork/cair/Approved make of PHED, Valve : IVI/Jupitar /cair/Approved make of PHED. MOC & TC needed for valve and actuator.

80mm dia. CIDF Non-Raising Sluice Valves, PN 1.0 rating (Conforming to IS:14846) for wash out line. (MOC & TC needed for valve).

80mm dia. CIDF single door swing Non Return Valve, PN 1.0 rating (Conforming to IS:5312) (MOC & TC needed for valve).

CIDF 90°bend- 1no., CI flanged tee- 1no., blank flange-1no., CI/ MS flanged short piece 0.50 mtr.-1no, CI/ MS flanged pipe 1mtr.- 1 no. etc (as per IS specification and certification registered) for construction of delivery pipe line and wash out line.

Heavy type 250mm dia./suitable Split type tube well cover with clamping arrangement including supply of nuts, bolts and washer as per departmental design.

Anti snapping safety device for pump set by supplying suitable size of MS angle, busket and nylon rope of required length including supplying of nuts, bolts and all other materials.

150mm dial Pressure gauge [Range 0-7kg/cm²] with glycerine filling inside the dial including brass cock and fitting complete [This cost includes 15mm. dia G.I. pipes and specials].

Depth gauge 100 mm dia with steel air pipe of required length with all accessories for the above work including supply of good quality hand pump. [This cost includes 15mm. Dia G.I. pipes and specials.]

Supply & Making necessary GI Medium pipe (dia of pipe not less than 32mm) protection for submersible cable from kiosk box to submersible pump-motor set including supply of all specials and complete the job.

100 Amp. Re-wireable type TPN main switch (CONFORMS: IS/IEC600947-1&3). (Make: Approve make of P.H.E Dte.) (For Stabilizer)

25 sq. mm. 3.5 core PVC insulated 1.1 KV grade , Al, armoured cable. (Make: Approve make of P.H.E Dte.) for stabilizer.

Making brick built foundation with supplying of all required materials suitable for the above Voltage Stabilizer by (4:1) cement mortar including holding down foundation bolts(if required) and plaster with neat cement finish as per direction of E.I.C.

Making brick pillar 0.25 x 0.25 x 0.75 Mtr/Suitable hight for supporting of valves and pipes with 12mm thick plaster and net cement finish complete.

Making CC foundation for support of the kiosk box after excavating the earth upto a depth of 0.6 Mtr below the GL including supply of all materials complete with 12 mm thick cement plastering with net cement finishing complete as per direction of EIC (size: 3' x 1' x 5')

Suitable Kiosk box for cable connection of submersible pump motor set with degree of protection IP 65 including suitable legs and 6 Nos. Al. Bus bar for 32 Amps and all necessary earthing arrangement and insulator as per direction of EIC.

Making earthing arrangement as per following --

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth electrode and filling and ramming for soft soil.

Earthing with 50 mm dia Gl pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts.long with TATA-Medium GI pipe with a provision to connect 25mm X 6mm GI flat strip complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers etc as required.

Supplying & fixing of earth Busbar of galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat 25mm X 6mm on wall having clearance of 6mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulator etc as required.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20mm X 3mm galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection of equipments incld. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc as required.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36cm X 86.36cm X 46cm deep (below ground level) complete with cemented brick work (1:6) of 25cm width duly plaster with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56cm X 35.56cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46nos. 12mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

Extra treatment of soil by using salt and charcoal or coke for plate electrode.

Supply and delivery of 100 Amps Kit-kat rewireable proceliain fuses carrier & base (Specification-IS:2086).

Laying of two cables upto 35 sqmm in an underground trench in single tier formation (horizontal), the trench size of 680mm x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of each cable 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. and 4 (four) Nos. bricks per Mtr. as separator between the bricks and cables and also trench to be filled up with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Installation of Submersible pumping machinery to newly sunk tubewell along with column pipes (as required), top cover, valves, and specials of above with protection pipe and supply of MS clamp, nut bolt, cable gland socket etc. making inerconnection of the pump delivery line to pump collecting main line near tubewell with supply of all necceasary pipe, reducer/enlarger, GI/MS specials etc. including brick, sand, cement, rod etc and laying & drawing of all actuator cable & cable protection pipe as required and all to complete the job including all connection & testing commissioning as per direction of EIC.

Installation of MCC panel along with main switch, changeover, busbar chamber, cut out etc. all electrical equipment within the pump house, drawing of cable properly on suitable size GI cable tray on wall / as per direction of EIC as per layout & IE rules and all connection with supply necessary materials, cable etc to complete the work, making arrangement with supply & fixing of materials for taking power within the pump house from WBSEDCL end as per direction of EIC.

Installation of above supplied Stabilizer on the foundation including all connetions complete as per direction of EIC.

Fitting, fixing and connection of above supplied changeover switch, bus-bar and Main Switch on the wall by supplying all necessary materials to complete the job.

Drawing and connection of cable on wall and all connection complete with all equipment as per requirement and as per direction of E.I.C.

Making joints of the cable by supplying compression type gland thimple, socket etc. as per requirement and as per direction of E.I.C.

Making internal electrification of pump house consisting of 1no. Ceiling fan point, 2nos. tube light & 2nos. LED bulb point, 2no. bulk head point and 2nos. 40W LED with arm bracket at outside and one three pin plug point incld. supply of all necessary materials (approved make Ceiling fan, Lamps & fixture etc.) to complete the work as per IE rules, wiring with 2.5 sqmm / suitable gauge copper wire within PVC casing, PVC switch board etc as per direction.

Supply & delivery of plastic Chair without arm(Model: Dream/similar)

Supply & delivery of plastic Table (Model: Arjun/similar)

Commissioning of the whole installation and testing by licensed electrician and trial run for three months after Commissioning as per instruction of EIC by engaging one operater.

Add: GST @ 18% on sum of Item No: 1 to 23
