Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including GI earth wire on batten or in PVC conduit or in MS Conduit including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, fan regulators, sockets etc, removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse or for credit (credit for above items shall be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down ceiling fan of any sweep for carrying out overhauling such as cleaning , oiling, lubricating, greasing etc and replacement of minor parts such as washer, split pins/ blade screw etc and defective parts, if any, and refixing the ceiling fan fan on same location and connecting it properly and testing for noiseless running to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i). Defective parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only. (ii). Cost of the minor parts i.e. washer, split pins/ blade screw etc deemed to be included in unit rate & nothing extra shall be payable on this account.

Material and Labour for painting ceiling fans 1200/1400 mm sweep after taking down, with synthetic enamel paint by spraying, including filling cavities with fillter after cleaning all dust etc, re-writing the MES number in black paint in appropriate size and shape and refixing the same in position after painting, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking down (burnt) exhaust fan of any make 300 mm sweep, transporting to local workshop, opening, cutting and taking out complete copper winding, cleaning with kerosene oil / diesel/ turpintine oil and dried out, rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and gauge as recommended by the respective manufacturer, varnishing and heating the winding including providing paper insulation (cuff /strip type), replacing u/s spare parts (bush, bearing, capacitor etc), fixing the stator in rotor, properly aligned and reassembling ensuring right DOR, speedy and noiseless running and refixing at site or deposited in MES store as directed, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Bush, bearing, capacitor etc shall be measured and paid for separately.

Disconnecting and taking down exhaust fan of any sweep for carrying out overhauling such as cleaning ,oiling, lubricating, greasing etc and replacement of defective parts, if any, and refixing the exhaust fan in same location and connecting it properly and testing for noiseless running to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i). Defective parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only. (ii). Cost of the minor parts i.e. washer, split pins/ blade screw etc shall be deemed to be included in unit rate & nothing shall be paid on this account.

Supply only bearing suitable for 300 / 400/ 450 mm sweep Exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for spray painting of Exhaust fan with super enamelled heat resistant synthetic white paint duly filling the cavities with filler and re-writing the MES number in black paint in appropriate size and shape complete all as directed. (Bush, bearing, capacitor, canopy, shackle insulator with nuts, bolts, sockets etc will be measured and paid separately).

Collecting unserviceable (burnt) table / cabin fan of any make and sweep up to 450 mm from MES store, transporting to local workshop, opening, cutting and taking out complete copper winding, cleaning with kerosene oil / diesel / turpintine oil and dried out, rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and gauge as recommended by the respective manufacturer, varnishing and heating the winding including providing paper insulation (cuff / strip type), replacing unserviceable spare parts (bush, bearing, capacitor etc), fixing the stator in rotor, properly aligned and reassembling ensuring right DOR, speedy and noiseless running and depositing in MES store, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement electronic energy meter with LCD display 5-30A Cat Part No WM101BC5DL0 of L& T or its equilant in the makes mentioned at Appx 'B' Note : Old meter shall be deposited in MES Store.

Atternding comptaints of internal elect supply, including locating and rectification of fault and ensuring the compete serviceablity with replacement of defective/unserviceable components such as switches , sockets, lamp holder, ceiling rose, tube rod, LED, CFL, Tube light fitting, DBs, MCBs, main switches, service wires/cables etc and other accessories and per site requirement . Items required for replacement will be issued from MES store yard free for fixing Notes :- (a) Rates shall be deemed to include taking down and refixing related item. (b) Any Nos of complaints attended at one place/one qtr under one job card shall be considered as one job. (c) Emergent compaint shall be attended within 02 Hours. (d) Contractor shall employ one team consisting of one electrician ITI passed and one helper to attend the complaints. (e) Contractor or his representative will report to JE E/M daily at 0900 Hrs on all working days at the complaint cell and collect the compaints slips. After completion of job all complaints slips shall be deposited back to complaint cell by 1700 Hrs. (f) Any T&P required for rectification of complaints shalll be provided by the contractor. The cost of T&P shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs. 55,574.50 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
