Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 60 mtr. (200 feet). SOR 708

Earth work in filling in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including cartage of eath 3 km away from site of work

Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses; builts up gates, door frames, record racks, roof work, gates etc. wrought to required form, including drilling holes, rivetting or welding where necessary and also including supply of steel, bolts, nuts etc. & their fixing required for proper completion of the work.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:2:4, in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shutteringe etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage & over lapping & hooks. 10mm dia. and above

12mm. Thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of 1.25 F.M.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. DSR No 13.80

Painting 1.43 Itr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) DSR 13.47.1

Painting or vasnishing or iron works in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & one coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Paint to be used should confirm to the ISOR No. 641+642
