Earth work in foundation in dry ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 meter and lead up to 30 meter and including back filling, into space between the structure and the sides of foundation trenches and disposal or surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-incharge up to a distance of 30M.

Granular Sub-base (GSB) with well graded material (Table-400.1) by mixin place method Construction of granular sub-base by providing well grade material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grade on prepared surface, mixing by mixer in place method with rotavataor at OMC, and compecting with smooth wheel roller to achive the desired density as per MORD specification 401.

Water Bound Macadam Grading - 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. (SI.No. 405.2)

Water Bound Macadam Grading - 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. (SI.No. 405.3)

Supplying/Laying Brick on edge soiling laid dry filling joints including preparation of base to proper slope and its ramming & Dressing including all cost of labour, Material, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work complete.

Providing laying Prime coat With Bitumen emulsion (SS-A) on prepared surface of granular base inculding cleaning of road surfafe and spraying prime coat of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechnical means as technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributer at the rate of 0.30 kg. per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheele 80-100KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades complete all specified in Manual MORD technical specification clause 508 and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying seal coat by manual means with 80/100 grade bitumen sealing the voids in bitumens surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type C as per technical Specification Clause 510.

E/W in shoulder and pits by transported earth with a lead 200 m to 1.00 km i/c excavation, loading, unloading, manual compaction, dressing & all lift complete.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
