Demolition of cement concrete and paving not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) removal of debris off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete as in roofs, floors, beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work removal of debris off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work /stone masonry/PCC block masonry built in cement mortar of any description removal of debris off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tilling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removal of debris off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone/concrete surface including wall tiling or terrazo finish and hacking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc., removal of debris off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete, type B1 (1:11/2:3)using 20mm graded stone aggregate, (nominal mix) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canpoies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like the like complete all as specified and directed.

Steel formwork soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) finishing the concrete surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

TMT steel bars 8mm to 10mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks built in CM(1:6), straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, using old size bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 1.09 here in before but except bricks.

15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) and finishing the surface with even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM(1:4) finishing the surfaces even and fair mixed with approved water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plaster surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of oil bound emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali reistant primer over two coats of wall care puttty on walls finished to smooth surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces of any description and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and as directed.

Supply only approved integral liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4), type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors 25mm thick, as in sub base to floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Matt finished ceramic tiles 9-10mm thick 600 x 600 mm (rectified digital floor tiles) in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) all as per Satin series of kajaria or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 1.23 above but as in skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces finished rough to receive wall tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8), type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub bases of floors, 100mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain Cement Concrete type C-1, (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection, laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 sqm each) finishing the concrete surface even and smooth at top without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection, filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight all as specified and directed.
