Amount
Engagement of Skilled T-Mate/ operator for running and operation of lifts. Including handelling the elevators skillfully , ensuring smooth functioning of lifts, avoiding overloading the finally to escape the users in case of any odd situation under intimation to the Engg. in charge at site.
Terms and Condition :-
This contract shall cover the annual ie 12 months running, operation and testing of the 4 Nos. lift as per the scope of the work contained in the main abstract.
No payment will be made if the lift is still stand/not operated more than 72 Hours.
The work shall be carried out as per direction and up to the satisfaction of Engineer - in - Charge.
Contractor should submit the detail of person employed to the department with the ID proof of their qualification, ID card dully issued by the contractor/firm/Department/Chief Electrical Inspector Kasumpti Shimla along with duty roaster.
