Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of GI tubing in trenches and getting out all in hard and dense soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down old unserviceable DI/GI tubing connection including disconnection of fittings from tubing where required and cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete as directed of following sizes :-

(a) PPR/GI pipe 20 mm dia

(b) PPR/GI pipe 25 mm dia

(c) PPR/GI pipe 32 mm dia

(d) PPR/GI pipe 40 mm dia

(e) GI/PPR pipe 50 mm dia

Supply & laying of water pipe lines of the following sizes and grade complete with fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, caps, plugs, unions and screwed socket joints etc) laid in trenches complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge, of following sizes:- Note: When pipe laid in straight line then the 3rd length is required to be connected by union.

(b) GI pipe, Med grade 25 mm dia

(c) GI pipe, Med grade 32 mm dia

Taking down old unserviceable gate valve / stop valve of any size complete.

Supply and fixing gun metal, globe or gate valve for 50 mm bore dia pipe with iron wheel head, screwed both ends ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing gun metal, globe or gate valve for 25 mm bore dia pipe with iron wheel head, screwed both ends ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per srial item No. 8.00 here-in before but 20mm size.

M&L for run lead joint for 100 bore CI/DI pipe all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm bore Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete.

All as per item No. 11.00 here-in- before but 25 mm bore all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable CI sluice valve for 80/100/150 mm dia pipe complete.

Supply & fixing cast iron sluice valve for water supply purposes with CI drilled flanged end internally cast for 150 mm nominal bore class PN 1.6 horizontal type conforming to IS 760, ISI marked with stainless steel spindle & iron wheel non using type including jointing material complete such as rubber assertion packing rings with requisite no of nuts & bolts , washers of requisite size etc all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable air release valve of size up to 80/100 mm complete

S&F air release valve with double air outlet on existing DI/GI pipe of bore 80 mm complete with drilling, threading, welding and fixing of GI pipe medium grade 25 mm bore all as per site requirement and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F air release valve with single air outlet in existing DI/GI pipe of bore 100 mm complete with drilling, threading, welding and fixing of GI pipe medium grade 32 mm bore all as per site requirement and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for valve chamber on existing chamber foundation with 230mm thick brick wall in CM 1:6, 75mm thick coping in PCC 1:4:8 (Type D-2), 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 over all internal and external wall surface,50x50x5mm thick MS Angle iron frame and 3.0 mm thick MS chequered plate cover with hinges and necessary locking arrangements painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed including dismantling and removal of existing damaged chamber except PCC foundation of internal size 900mm x 900mm x 900mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of size 16 to 40 mm bore by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of size 50 to 75 mm bore by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing of centrifugal pump electric driven AC 3 Phase 415 volt 30 HP capacity by replacing of unserviceable terminal blocks and 2 Nos bass bearing, bushes and bolts and nuts and re-assembling same including varnishing with super enamelled varnish to motor winding at site including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F monoblock centrifugal pump of 2 HP capacity including Dismantling/ Disconnecting old Monoblock centrifugal pump of 2 HP from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F monoblock centrifugal pump of 1 HP capacity including Dismantling/ Disconnecting old Monoblock centrifugal pump of 1 HP from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement gunmetal foot valve 80mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement gunmetal foot valve 40mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of Lorry filling point of size 0.6m x 0.6m x 5m using precast cement concrete solid block masonary type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate), exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortal 1:4 over 150mm thick PCC 1:3:6 (nomival mix) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) complete, 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on block work, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement inxluding earthwork complete, 1/6 of complete height is using as foundation of Lorry filling point, incl Dismantling of unserviceable Lorry filling point of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Emptying the tanks, removing complete scaling Cleaning internal wall and bottom throughly by using washing soda and cleaning with clean water to remove the remains of soda/bleaching powder and apply one coat of cement paint suitable for drinking water applied to entire internal surface of Semi Under ground tank of capacity upto 25000 Glns complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement star delta starter 3 phase 415 V suitable for 30 HP monoblock/centrifugal pump set and making all necessary connection, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc capacity upto 1000 ltrs complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for repair/rectification of leakage to water supply distribution lines 20 mm dia to 25 mm dia GI tubing by necessary excavation, returning/filling as required, threading if required including replacement of GI union/socket/nipple as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Collecting and testing of water sample bottle from Pump houses of New TCP Water point from govt authorised laboratory for testing of various parameters as per IS 10500 complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Test result will be submitted to AGE E/M office.
