SCH 'A' Pt - XI (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS)

INTERNAL ELETRIFICATION NOTE:- For items of internal Electrifications notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-III (internal Electrification) shall also be applicable.

M&L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), with multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm nominal cross-sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No., drawn in and including medium grade, rigid PVC concealed conduit and conduit accessories concealed in wall/roof/floor etc, ISI marked with valid CML No.(IS-9537-1983 for conduits and IS:3419:1976 for conduit accessories), in mild steel/pressed steel sunken boxes thickness not less than 1.6mm (with earth dolly) with and including of 03mm thick bakelite, laminated hylem sheet top cover of suitable size for fixing of switches, sockets and fan regulators etc, including PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for:- NOTE:- Switches and sockets shall be measured and paid seperately.

(ii) All conduit pipe & conduit accessories shall be totally enclosed IP-65 protection and certified by CMRI Dhanbad. (iii) Complete electrical installation and all equipments /apparatuses shall be got tested and certified as "Totally enclosed and suitable for use in explosive buildings" on completion by the Director, Central Mining Research Institiute (CMRI) Dhanbad. EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY NOTE:- For items of External Water Supply notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-IV (EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY) shall also be applicable.

M&L for construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber of size 1050mm x 1050mm x 950mm (Internal dimension) with 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 lean concrete foundation using 40mm graded stone aggregate providing well burnt brick masonary wall of 20/23cm thick built in CM 1:6 rendering in cement 1:6 finished even smooth using extra cement internally and 20mm thick in CM 1:4 and finished fair and even supply and fix 3.15 mm thick MS sheet steel cover fixed on 50mm x 50mm x 6mm thick angle iron frame embbeded in PCC coping with locking arrangement and 1 Nos 50mm size 4 levers lock with key in duplicate Standard size and MS hold fast and handle made out of 25 x 6mm flat iron appplying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of primer (Red Oxide) to all exposed surface making good all disturbed surface to match surrounding complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELETRIC SUPPLY NOTE:- For items of EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-V (EXTERNAL ELETRIC SUPPLY) shall also be applicable.

Supplying, fixing, commissioning and testing CPRI approved, factory made LT feeder pillar, outdoor type, floor mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC supply system, having bus bar chamber duly insulated. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 50x50x5mm thick angle iron base frame work, minimum 60cm height and fixed with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation for fixing panels, powder coated finish, both side opening type with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter and locking arrangement and consisting of the following all as specified including taking out old feeder pillar and taking out LT cable from loop for connecting in new panel and necessary excavation and consisting of the following:- Incoming (a) Aluminium Bus Bar 150 Amp Capacity - 04 Nos. (b) MCCB, 04 Pole, 100 Amps with ultimate breaking capacity Icu- 25 KA at 415 volts, adjustable type with thermal and magnetic settings conforming to IEC 60947 Part-I/IS-13947 Part-I - 01 No

S&F LED street light with new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED made up of innovative die cast aluminium housing high power LED as lighting source with IP - 66 power consumption, 70 watt, having minimum luminious 100 lumens/watt complete input voltage of 150-240 Volt (nominal rated voltage 240 Volt), PF not less than 0.95, including multistranded twisted copper cable of 3 core, 1.5 Sqmm dia for connecting street light to junction boxes through pvc coated copper connectors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gl brackets for street light fitting fabricated with Gl tubing 32 mm bore for LED Street lights, medium grade 1.2 mtr length and bending to angle of 120 degree including mild steel, flat iron clamp fabricated with mild steel flat iron 32 x 5 mm with nuts, bolts & washers suitable for fixing of Gl bracket on poles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for laying 25 mm graded stone aggregate & stone dust in substations in such a way that after removing of unwanted grass from substations/transformer yard and then levelling at zero level and laying of stone dust of 50 mm thick at an initial layer and then laying of 25 mm graded stone aggregate 100 mm thick over the stone dust complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of sze 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr below the ground level connected to galvanised earth lead Wire 4.00 mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel, surrounded by charcoal of coke and salt, protected by Gl pipe 15 mm bore (light grade), water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh,and making chamber of PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and coping shall be in PCC(1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, 50 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 80 mm clc both ways including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removal of surplus soil to distance n exc 50 m complete all shown in eiectrical plate No 3 of SSR part I - 2010 and also including making test point for testing of earthing made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronge size 75x75x25 mm complete all as specified and directed. S&F of kiosk box for luminaires, weather proof made out of PVC/ HDPE/ FRP housing fire retardant, non fusing, shock & rust proof, single piece moulded and cover with hinged door, pole mounting type comprising of 4 pole copper connectors of 16 Amps with 6 Amp MCB single pole of minimumn size of panel 300 x 200 x 125mm, IP 54 fixed on pole with MS clamps 30 x 5mm with necessary nuts, bolts, washers, etc and with & including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide pnimer on steel surfaces and embossing/painting of Danger sign of size not less than 10cms x 7.5cms and conventional skull and bones sign in red color on front face of kiosk box complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road cutting including excavation in trenches in hard soil for laying HT UG cable not exc 45 cm in width and not exc 90 cm in depth including making good the disturbed surfaces with cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 and top surface neatly finished to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed.

ROAD, PATH & CULVERT NOTE:- For items of Road & Path notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-VI (ROAD, PATH & CULVERT) shall also be applicable.

M&L for thermo plastic centre line marking (reflective) of 2.5mm thickness of uniform finishing with machine conforming to the requirement of BS 3262(Part-I) 1989 read with MOST specification 803.4.2.1 and 4.2.2 on bituminious surface in white/yellow/red color and super imposted with glass beads conforing to BS 6088 and MOST specification 803.4.3.3 including cleaning of surface by removing all dust, dirt, oil grease, etc complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL NOTE:- For items of Sewage Disposal notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-VII (SEWAGE DISPOSAL) shall also be applicable.

M&L for Soakage well of size 1.2 M dia and 3.0 M effective depth including excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed brick masonry with top ring of M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonary in CM (1:4), RCC cover slab in M-25, SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC, filled with brick bats all as shown in Drg No. CEBZ/TD/78/2011 Sheet 1/2 & 2/2 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick masonary Septic tank for 10 users (without filter chamber), designed to carry sewage and sullage water, with excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, brickwork using modular type bricks in CM(1:4), RCC M-25 design mix in baffle walls and roof slab including beams, etc with vent shaft, manhole openings with cover connection, etc. all as shown in drawings & all as specified and directed.

MS LINING, PAINTING OVER MS LINING AND FIRE BRICK LINING Work IN THE BURNING PIT BUILDING

M&L for MS Plate (Plain or Chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk ) forming holes, without any attachment (Fe 410-W (Gde E -250) quality A) as linings to walls/ceilings with suitable fixing arrangements as per drawings complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Size/shape of plates shall be as decided by GE and the cost of fixing is included in quoted rate. (ii) Fixing of plates shall be as directed by GE. Bolts, nuts & washers, etc shall be measured and paid seperately under Item No 8.02 below as 'Supply only'.

Supply only Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 15cm long and diameter of neck not less than 16 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying a coat of suitable primer for heat resistant paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying heat resistance paint on surfaces of any description on steel surfaces exceeding 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) Heat resistance paint should be suitable for withstanding temp upto 600 degree centigrade. (ii) This item is to be operated & measured only on the exposed surface of MS plate lining & cost of other painting / finishes incl heat resistant paint in the building at other locations shall be deemed to be included in Lump Sum quoted against Sch 'A' Part -I (Building Work)

M&L for Firebrick work in linings to fire places, flues, etc.(other than in chimney shafts), set, jointed and pointed in fireclay including fire resistant mortar of good quality for making surfaces smooth complete all as shown on drawing & as specified and directed.
