M&L painted cement plastered surfaces with one coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltr/Sqm conforming to IS-3384 and laying APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3mm thick, weighing not less than 3.5kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150gms/sqm) shall only be used.
