Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheels 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & compacting to the required density grading III as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Using stone screening 3) Grading –III (A) By Manual Means

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.2 kg/sqm using Mechanical Means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate 0.25 to 0.30 Kg./sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Semi –Dense Bituminous concrete (Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregated of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade lavel and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSPT&H cl. No. 508 complete in all respect B. (ii) With 60/70 or VG -30 grade bitumen for grading II (10mm nominal size)
