ECHP-I- Racking in and racking out of HT Breakers and LT modules recording of various parameters of running conveyor equipments, and periodical preventive maintenance of HT and LT Switch Gear panels at SS-III.

Electrical maintenance of SS-III

Charges for recording the parameters of running conveyors equipments like voltage, current, SF6 gas pressure, winding/oil temperatures of service transformers and isolating transformers, recording the parameters & healthiness of stand by conveyor equipments.

Racking out of H.T breakers from the cubicles: Charges for checking & confirming the ammeter reading whether the equipment is not running. Switch off the D.C supply in the cubicle- Disconnecting the multi pin plug from its housing. Racking out the H.T breaker from in the cubicle. Put L.C/ permission board in the cubicle.

Racking in of HT Breakers in to service position :Charges for checking and confirming the cubicle D.C switch in OFF condition - Checking the breaker pole continuity confirming for open condition – Checking the gas pressure level of manometer – Connecting the breaker guide adopter plate with the cubicle – Racking in the breaker test position and connecting the multi pin plug to its housing – Racking in the H.T. breaker in to its service position in the required cubicles – Removing the L.C & permission board in the cubicle – Switch “ON” the DC supply.

Racking out of LT modules from Cubicle:Charges for switching OFF the module ON/ OFF switch – Racking out the module in the cubicle and take out the module from cubicle – Removing the L.T module using Trolley and keeping at safe place – put L.C / permission board in the cubicle.

Racking in of L.T modules in to cubicles:Charges for checking and confirming the module power switch OFF condition – Lifting the module using trolley and putting the module in the cubicle – Racking in the module into the cubicle service position – Switch ON the module power ON/OFF switch – Removing the L.C & permission board from the cubicle.

Tracking the trip status of running conveyor system and normalizing as instructed by operator during load discharge from vessels. Charges for Checking the auxiliary contactor status in relay panel trip times and informing to operator – After cleaning the trip cause, checking the healthiness of the system and informing to operator.

Servicing of auxiliary contactors in relay panel. Charges for switching OFF the conveyor system switch gear equipment as permitted by operator as and when required – Taking out the control fuse of the conveyor system which require for servicing the auxiliary contact at relay panel – De-terminating the wires in auxiliary contactors servicing the auxiliary contractor with molykote (carbon cleaning Agency) and again restoring the removal wires in the respective terminals of auxiliary contactor – Put the control fuse in relay panel and switch ON the respective switch gear equipment and checking the healthiness.

Charges for recording the parameters of magnetic separators located at JT5E, conveyor 43 & 47. Charges for recording the parameters of running conveyors magnetic separators like voltage, current and magnetic healthiness. (Reading taken at the field conveyor 43, 47 & JT 5E).

LT Switch Gear: Charges for complete cleaning the LT module wirings, after disconnecting all the power and control circuit, wiring from the components like power contactor, switches, fuse carrier sets, over load relays, current transformers, auxiliary contactors, indicating lamps, timers, power insolating contacts, control isolating contacts and complete servicing of the above said equipments with molykote N.C thinner, if necessary replacing the worn out indicating holders also, checking all the switch gear components for healthy assessment, servicing the guide rollers and lubricating the same and applying petroleum jelly over the isolating contacts.

HT breakers: Charges for servicing 30nos HT breakers:(20Nos MOCB Breakers and 10nos SF-6 Breakers),Complete cleaning the breaker to remove the deposited coal power using brush/banian waste, Dismantling the spring charge motor from the breaker & cleaning the motor commutator segment & carbon brush holders, cleaning the limit switches close/trip coil assembly, lubrications made in the closing device & Tripping device mechanism, stopper assembly,complete tightness checking in all control wires built in the breaker, Checking the gas pressure in case of SF-6 breakers & checking oil level in case of MOCB breakers, checking the jaws 6nos (both incoming & outgoing) for correct alignment, testing the breaker operations electrically to the satisfactory level.(Duration one breaker per day)

Charges for cleaning of high voltage insulation mat and appropriate moping with floor cleaner / appropriate moping in control room floors and HT/LT switchgear floors.

Charges for complete cleaning the cubicles and Vacuum contactor’s tightness checking in all the control wirings and power joints servicing the auxiliary switch checking the operations of indication system-9Nos.
