Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a) By Mechanical Means.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 Kg/Sqm (Zero point Eighty five Kilogram) per Square meter. using mechanical means as per Techanical Specification Clause 502 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 275 kg ./sqm ( Two hundred Seventy five kilogram/square metre) on prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30 mm (thirty milimetre ) thick with 100-120 (one hunderd -one hundred twenty ) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 ( seventy five ) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 ( five point four to five point six ) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 (five hundred nine ) complete in all respects including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
