Replacement of wooden plank for platform (25 mm to 40 mm thick)

Replacement of wooden Railing (25 mm to 40 mm thick)

Replacement of staircase Plank for Tread & Riser (25 mm to 40 mm thick)

Replacement of Corrugated G.I Sheet for Roofing/wall partetion with polymercoated J or L Hook,bolts and nuts 8 mm dia with bitumen a G.I limpet washer filled with white lead and including cutting to size and shape as per requirement and as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge for all heights including all materials, labours, scaffolding, tools,plants working in tidal condition with all safety measured etc complete.

Sealing-Water proofing treatment of wooden floor joints (of external side and internal side) over the Zycosil/equivalent & Zycoprime/equivalent solution already applied(before the installation of door / window / ventilator frames in position) and fine finish with Grout RW/equivalent, including all materials,labour,tools & Plants and all other charges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing PVC rigid foam sheet 1 mm thick on existing wooden floor using synthetic rubber based adhesive including all materials,labour,tools & Plants and all other charges etc. complete.

Replacement of Door & window Brass Fittings with Brass Screws including all materials,labour,tools & Plants and all other charges etc. complete.

Applying Two or more coats of Black anti-corrosive Bitumastic Paint including one coat of primer over a previously painted surfaces of approved brand(Asian/Berger/Dulux) and manufacturer of required colour to give an even shade including throughly cleaning the surface(like loose paint etc) at all heights including all labours, materials, scaffolding, tools, plants etc complete.as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
