M&L for Waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sqm of average thickness 1 mm over the New plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1 :- Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2 :- Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI Step 3 :- Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

M&L for One coat of acrylic waterbased interior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr(undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below GL with top edge of plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level) connected to galavanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia (7.5m) as means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer besides brazing at all joints as shown on drawings and including excavation, earth work, GI pipe (ISImark) light grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI wire from earth electrode to and including the earth test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust, common salt, PCC 1:3:6, type C-1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) chamber and mild steel angle iron frame 40 x 40 x 3 mm and 40 mm thick pre-cast RCC cover 1:2:4 , type B-1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade(ISI marked) for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earth test point including testing of earthing & dismantling /taking down existing old / unserveciable earthing complete all as specified and directed.(Note:-The rates quoted shall also deemed to include the cost of Earth test point and earth wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.)
