Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for foundation, laying of cables, pipe etc and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer of soil complete and all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete and all as specified.

M&L for riddled earth cushioning to under ground cable in trenches / existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note : Measurement shall be taken after gentling punning.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type 2, flat of size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm size for cable protection.

Taking down the old brick / PCC cable cover during excavation and relaying the same serviceable brick / PCC covers for protection of UG cable all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC M-10 grade (nominal mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for filling in, mass concrete for foundation of Pole, Transformer, Panel board, stay, post top lantern, repairs to road cutting, drain, path etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC M-15 grade (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of new pole / reconstruction old damaged copings etc, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable,multi stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade laid in trenches/walls/drawn through pipes or poles etc of following sizes including necessary termination alluminium lugs & glands of sizes all as specified and directed :-

Taking down underground unserviceable LT cable from trenches. Note : Excavation shall be masured and paid seperately under relevant item of this BOQ.

S&F in replacement of old steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug bolts nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9m long) confirming to IS : 2713 and made out of structural steel tube confirming to IS: 1161 and painted internally with a coat of bituminous paint and externally one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint as specified. Note : Excavation and earth work and PCC will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ.

Supply and fixing cross arms bracings supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paints complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ACSR conductor incl jointing with existing conductor and stringing on LT pole and proper fastening to pin/shackle insulators with aluminium binding wires and required jumpering connection all as directed

Dismantling and taking down old/unserviceable insulator of any type any size from pole/stay for reuse at site or carrying to store for credit complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pin type, porcelain, vitreous, brown, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height and 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade all as specified and directed.

S&F shackle type,porcelian vitreous white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulators bolts, washer and nuts of size 100 mm height and 115 mm dia for 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Loop type insulator, porcelian vitreous brown of size 65x90mm and clearence hole 16mm all as specified and directed.

M&L for Stay assy using 16mm dia galvanised rod complete all as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part I incl dismantling unserviceable one all as specified and directed. Note: Clamps, loop insulator, earth work and PCC will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ.

S&F for stay wire using galvanised steel strand of 7/3.15mm complete with necessary binding incl dismantling taking down unserviceable one all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Earthing complete with GI earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick electrode buried directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25 metres deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 metres below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part-I and incl 40 mm bore light grade GI protection pipe (upto 7.5 metres beyond outer edge of earth pit) PCC M-10 grade (Nominal Mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate in pit with 40mm thick RCC cover in reinforced cement concrete M-15 grade (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8mm dia bar both way @ 150mm c/c, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20 mm bore light grade GI watering pipe, common salt and chaarcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete. Note : Rate of item is deemed to be included for excavation in hard rock, by compressor machine to achieve required depth.

Labour only for restringing of overhead ACSR conductor of any size includign cradle gaurd / GI earth wire on pole after disconnecting all jumpering connection & binding of insulators and including rejointing all jumper connections and insulators, binding with aluminium conductor providing required T&P all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of untreated new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality ) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing old painted steel surfaces and applying two coats of aluminium paint to 9 mtr long steel tubular street light poles complete with connected fittings such as brackets and writing the pole number with black enamelled paint of 25mm high letters on 10 cm dia circle in white paint complete all as directed.

M & L for trimming of branches of trees with in 1.5 mtr on either side of the electric lines/poles with suitable T & P and disposing the waste as directed and as specified. Note : Measurement for triming of tree branches shall be measured once only for entire period of completion.

Opening the LT panel board/Feeder pillar , cubical type in different location of Aundh military camp area, disconnecting the electrical cable connection incoming & outgoing complete removal of dust with the help of air blower, cleaning complete all incoming, outgoing MCCB of various capacity, Bus bar chamber, insulator etc with C.T.C, reconnecting, tightening the incoming & outgoing MCCBs of different capacity, cable connection, replace nut,bolts, washer with new our if required and heating up for removal of mosture, record its IR value with the help of 1.1KW LT megger & applying thick rating of 2931 strippex 'B' and 2955 strippex (SL) of starval product on each terminal for preventing flush over and fire hazard including replacement of 2/3mm thick gasket closing all holes and changing the same complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge. Note : Cost of labour, cotton waste and T&P required for upkeeping/maint work is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

Supply and fix new phase indication lamp LED type in repair working on 240 Volts AC supply complete with holder & bulbs for incoming and outgoing supply as per Existing size all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with spray paint including complete removal of existing treatment on steel LT panel paint, filling cavaties with filler and writing MES/SM No painted complete of following sizes of panel:-

Supply and fix digital type voltmeter to measure AC voltage between 0 to 0.500 volts with 1.0 accuracy class, standard burden 0.25 VA, AC auxiliary supply voltage 230 volts; flush mounting type of size 96mm x 96 mm complete including taking out existing unserviceable volt meter disconnection & connection all electrical connection complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : HPL/Meco or equivalent

Supply and fix digital type ammeter with (+) 1% accuracy class(+)1% of full scale 1 count standard voltage burden 0.25 VA MAx/Phase, working on AC auxiliary supply voltage 230 volts; sensing CT5 Amps, flush mounting type of size 96mm x 96 mm complete including taking out existing unserviceable Ammeter disconnection & connection all electrical connection complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : HPL/Meco or equivalent

M&L for cleaning of MES electric supply installations/campus by surface dressing or trimming of natural ground to remove small unequalities not exc 15 cm deep (including removing vegetation/ shrubs/brush wood/under growth) and carrying away the rubbish to a distance of not exc 50 mtr away complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F coarse aggregate grading 3, 50 to 20 mm size spread in substation / surronding of outdoor Panel / below GOD as specified and directed by Engineer - in-charge

M & L Earth continuity conductor for fixing 32mm X 6mm galvanised iron strip for main earthing lead including nut bolt GI washers etc fixed to wall/buried in ground or drawn pipe/ fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required including taking down the unserviceable / rusted strip all as directed and as specified.

Taking out old unserviceable rubber mating and supply and lay rubber mating (Chequred type) 8mm thick, 1100volts grade of size 2 x 1 meter complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable cable route indicator and M&L for cable route indicator made out of PCC M-10 grade (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregrate of size 300x100mm, 450mm above ground level finished even and fair with 10mm thick plaster 1.6 ambeded upto 600mm below ground level of size 300x300mm and marked/ written for LT 1.1KV including indicating direction with and including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for detect LT 1.1 KV cable fault for various size cable of round the clock i.e entire contract day with technician at aundh OTM accn areas detect the cable fault and necessary excavation of soil and refilling the soil, joint the faulty cable with new straight through joint kit, after jointing, testing, and charging of LT complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Cable joint required size measured and paid separately. (ii) Each job considered cable fault locator use in one day
