M & L for removal of blockage of sewage lines including manholes by using necessary tools/mechanically tools or manually such as passing rope knots bamboo kamti and disc of required size including safety measures such as test for gas etc before flushing the pipe well with water after removal of blockage of 100mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Ser Item No 1.00 above but bore of pipe 150mm complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Ser Item No. 1.00 above but bore of pipe 200mm to 300mm complete all as specified and directed. Note for Ser Item No 1.00 to 3.00:- (i) The rates quoted in the above item includes cost of T&P like rods, bamboos, gum shoes and hand glouses etc complete (ii) Minimum one sweeper and one helper shall be deployed by contractor and they shall be present on all days from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs including holiday and Sunday for maintenance of sewage lines. The persons will be detailed by JE/AGE concerned every morning for attending complaints on daily basis. (iii) The complaint has to be rectified within 24 Hrs as given in complaint slip failing which penalty will be imposed @ 500/- per complaint per day and for ser no (ii) also.

M& L for Taking out silt, liquid water sludge in solid/semi solid state from septic tank/Manholes STP tanks of any capacity and size and removing the same using truck mounted honey sucker of capacity minimum 4 cum and to dispose off the sludge to in low lying area at any distance including Sunday and holiday as per requirement depositing the sludge in low laying area with covering by earth over it and leaving the septic tank/sump clean etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note : Driver and operator must be passes a valid license and confirm the serviceability of the Truck.

M & L for Cleaning of sewer line by mechanically by truck mounted sewage cleaning of sewage line water sludge tank with wash down system / suck derrick arm hydraulically spring loaded rotary sliding vane compressor with V hose end section no 33 nozzle and strainer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation and and getting out in Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes SGSW pipe including fittings and packing ,hunching and bed concrete complete of the size 100mm internal dia of SGSW pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick/stone or concrete walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:3) internally to manholes on concrete block or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specofied and directed.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 externally to manholes on concrete block or concrete surfaces and finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out (desilting) silt brick bats, debris , liquid waste sludge in solid/semi solid state from manholes including pumping out sludge wherever necessary diverting the flow in the drain , if necessary and stacking the removed silts in depots away from the edge of manholes as directed including use of sfery belts, dry cells torch for lighting inside the manholes and taking similar precautionary measures and removing the sludge etc to a distance exc 250 mtr but not exc 500m & leveling the manhole cleaned and flushed with water etc all as specified /directed manholes up to the depth of 1.00 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required 200mm Dia complete all as specified and directed.
