Servicing/Preventive maintenance/repair works for 10 Lac Kcal/hr capacity Thermax make[Aquatherem] Hot water Generator by way of opening the Hot water generator, thoroughly cleaning inside and outside both in case of coil and the shell, removing of soot and carbon deposits. The inside of coil shall be cleaned by circulating through it a solution of Max clean descaling compound [approx. 25 kg] and water of required strength continuously for 12 hours with the help of pump. The solution is to be circulated from a tank/barrel/ tray. Brushes, detergent, diesel/kerosene oil, dhoti cloth shall be provided by the firm. All other accessories of the hot water Generator including burner gun,nozzles, electrodes, diffuser plate etc have to be dismantled first and reassembled after servicing/repairs including cleaning of electrical switch gears of the control panel of the Hot water generator with respective cleaning aids.The Job includes replacement of all the seals,gaskets,asbestos rope,asbestos felt,asbestos sheet,defective fasteners etc .All tools tackles,Skilled labour required for carrying out the job at site including any other consumables shall be provided by the firm.

Repairs to refractory for Hot Water Generator Unit 2 [ATHDI/10/MOD/91] by way of manual removal of a portion of damaged refractory and thorough cleaning of refractory surfaces/bases inside the boiler Shell using skilled labour, tools, and tackles at the site. The Job includes providing and fixing new refractory in fire Crete Super brand castable refractory cement at the damaged portion of the existing cleaned surface using skilled labour, all tools, and tackle, including providing & fitting of all sundry items required to carry out the job at site.

Complete cleaning heat Radiators installed inside various blocks of the Hospital by way of removing of dirt etc by impinging high-pressure water jets The job also includes fixing of damaged portions if any, by brazing. The inside of the radiator shall be cleaned by circulating with a cleaning aid/ powder of Thermax (Max clean) or any other relevant cleaning solution and water of required strength continuously for 1 hour or more with the help pump so that the working pH is achieved (pH between 1 to 2). The solution is to be circulated from a tank/barrel/tray (to be provided by the contractor). Providing, laying, fitting, and commissioning of a mild steel (MS) delivery line to replace the existing damaged pipeline network at multiple locations along the hospital footpaths, intended for supplying water to the collection tank of the Central Heating System situated on the fifth‑floor attic. The replacement line shall consist of MS pipe of 35 mm inner diameter and thickness of 5 mm , with a total length of 25 meters, fabricated and welded with six numbers of MS bends of 5 mm thickness, to be installed above ground level at a working height of about 20 feet. The pipeline shall be structurally supported beneath the existing MS fabricated bridge through ISA 40 × 40 × 5 mm angle sections, fabricated into U‑shaped supports, positioned at multiple points across the 25‑meter span, The entire pipe length shall be insulated with non‑combustible glass wool pipe section insulation suitable for the specified outer diameter, having an average density of 80 kg/m³, fixed securely with binding wires and covered with 63 mm × 20 mm mesh wire netting. External protection shall be provided by aluminium cladding of 26‑gauge thickness, properly riveted or screwed to ensure mechanical strength and weather resistance. The scope of work includes cutting and removal of both visible ends of the damaged pipeline sections, welding and refitting of the new line, and final testing to ensure leak‑proof joints and operational reliability. Skilled labour, AC/DC welding machines, pipe cutters, and allied tools shall be deployed at site to execute the job,

Connecting the existing pipeline network meant for supplying HSD to DG sets from existing Day oil Storage Tanks installed at Boiler Room to the already laid MS pipe network up to DG set Shed by way of providing and fitting an additional 35 mm Internal Dia 5 mm thick MS pipe having an overall length of 10 meters, including bends of the same size duly coated with anti-corrosive red oxide paint along with 2 No applicable sizeed Brass type isolation valves with adaptive fittings to be fitted at Day oil storate tank arrangement and at DG set Shed near the diesel flow pump arrangement. The Job includes the use of Skillled labour, an AC/DC welding machine, a cutter, and E6013 Welding Electrodes to carry out the said job at site. The Job also includes providing and fitting of Calibrated Dip Guage along with a Guage glass/ tubular sight glass level indicator to be fitted on one of the Day oil Tank arrangement with necessary fittings for accurate measurement of HSD flow.
