Dismantling & taking down existing ACSR conductor of any size by opening the binding wire from HT / LT electric poles complete all as speicified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable LT UG cable of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable HT UG cable of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking out old damaged PCC pole of any size and removing from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking out old damaged stay assembly complete with stay wire, loop type insulator,worntout clamps etc of any size and removing from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking down old wornt out MS clamps/cross arms/channels complete with nuts & bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable insulators of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, water/sewer pipe line, electric cable line etc not exceeding 10 Sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m in depth but not exceeding 3.00 m depth ; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, water/sewer pipe line, electric cable line etc not exceeding 10 Sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning soft/loose soil, refilling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning using sand suitable for plaster work. to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-18cm Punned thickness shall be reckoned for the purpose of measuremet and payment)

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of poles complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (i) The unit rate shall deemed to include for Test point, PCC pit, galvanised steel earth strip 32 x6 mm from top of the earth plate up to 7.5m above ground level. In case 40 mm bore GI protection pipe required is less than 7.5m, no price adjustment shall be made. (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500mm away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings, junctions, elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.
