REPAIR RESURFACING OF ROAD AT DOMESTIC AREA AT ARC CHARBATIA

M & L for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces not exceeding 50 mm depth including removing the material to 50 mt and preparing existing Black Top Surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer like RS-1 @ 10 Kg per 10 Sq.m of paving bitumen of complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Premixed Bituminous Macadam laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber [consolidate thickness 75mm or less] using paving bitumen of Grade VG - 30 as binder with 4% by weight of total mix using Hot Mix Plant and Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparing existing Black Top Surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sq.m of paving bitumen and laying Bituminous Premixed Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete, 40 mm consolidated thickness, using paving bitumen of Grade VG – 30, with 5.5% of binder content by weight of total mix using Hot Mix Plant and Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair to Pot Holes exceeding 30 mm depth, not exceeding 1.00 Sq.m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sq.m, and putting in bituminous Premixed Semi Dense AsphalticConcrete and again well rammed with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity and consolidated including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Road Marking Strips, Lines, Dashes, Arrows, Letters etc of 2.5 mm thick [Reflective Type] of colour White or Golden Yellow on roads, pavements and the like exceeding 10cm wide with Hot Thermo Plast material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface complete as per MORT & H specifications including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep on soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc 50m & depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm of broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface for road berms complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for moorum/red bajri filling in road berms or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering including consolidation complete all as specified and directed.
