Excavation work of all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils within all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing Sal wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick shutters Second class teak wood panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick shutters Second class teak wood wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size as per direction of Engineer-incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing 100x10 mm ISI marked oxidised M.S. tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing 100 mm ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing plain lining with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/ nails, including a coat of approved primer on one face, and fixed on wooden /steel frame work, complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge (Frame work shall be paid for separately) 12mm thick commercial ply conforming to IS : 1328 BWR type as per direction of Engineer-incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete Hot finished welded type tubes as per direction of Engineer-incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

15 mm cement plaster 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) on the rough side of single or half brick wall as per direction of Engineer-incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) as per direction of Engineer-incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) as per direction of Engineer-incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Applying priming coat With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) as per direction of Engineer-incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Wall painting Two or more coats on new work with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade as per direction of Engineer-incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Painting Two or more coats on new work with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade as per direction of Engineer-incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing water proof board of standard quality ISI mark of approved shade and colour in panelling & wall linning including mitring at junctions, butt joining and nails complete (Frame work for base to be measure & paid for separately) as per direction of Engineer-incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing ACP (thermal Charactersrics (Liner Thermal expansion = 2.4 mm /m /100 C Deflection Temperature > = 110 C, Temperature Resistence (-50 to +80 C) Acoustical Charaterstics sound transmission loss = 27dB and Fire Characterstics as per International Standard 4mm SS screws, fasteners, silicon selant (DOWSII 789) ans masking tape 3 mo double sided glazing tape according to drawings with all accesories complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.
