Cutting in earth work by mechanical means/manual in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft & hard and wedging out of rock; (where blasting is prohibited)and their intermediate classification of soils including ,dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, grades, side slopes, trimming bottoms and levels as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site, according to the H.P.PWD. specification of 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) Volume - I and sorting out useful un useful materials and stacking the same in proper stacks at site all leads and lifts and transportation of the un useful materials for disposing off on approved dumping sites arranged by the contractors including payment of prsecrbed dumping charges of MC/local body if levied any through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and all labour, machineries, materials tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanized means and labour (if any required) . All useful materials, such as stones, shingles, aggregate and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along road side to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation. The cost of such useful stones shall be recovery of 52.75 ( fifty two point seventy five) cubic metres and it shall be made @ Rs. 300/- (three hundred) per cubic meter on prorate basis in each running bill plus / minus contractor premium. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects, including all incidental charges.

All usefull materials, such as stones, shingles, aggregate and slates shall be sorted to the maximum possible extent and used/ removed as per direction of Engineer in Charge in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation. Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawings and technical specification as per clause 305.1(three hundred five point one)of MORD specifications 300(three hundred)including setting out construction of shoring and tacing removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and weding out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in excavation excluding rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, sides slopes, width, camber, super elevation and level as down on the drawings. Disposal of surfaceable cut materials in specified manner on dumping site arranged by the contractors including payment of prsecrbed dumping charges of MC/local body if levied any through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and all labour, machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage, rain and other causes shall be removed by suitable diversion, bailing out or dewatrering and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.

Panels are made of Pine Wood fibers containing cellulose binded with Magnesite.
