Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth; or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. or laying underground cable etc. in soft/loose soil & getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for boring hole across the Road/plinth/hard standing by trench less technology method suitable for 100mm bore pipe for 0.4 mpa working pressure for cable passing without damaging Road / Plinth /Floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable underground LT Cable of 4/3.5 core, 10 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm form trenches/floor/road/pipe/along poles including taking out old bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :Excavation, earth work required for item shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing and commissioning 25 Sqmm, 4 core XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty multi stranded aluminium conductor & PVC sheathed LT cable 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-7098 laid in trenches/ ducts/ fixed on poles/wall/laid under roads/paths/drain/culverts or passing through pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection required for item shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

All as per Srl item No. 06 here-in-before but cable of cross sectional area 50 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 06 here-in-before but cable of cross sectional area 70 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for sand cushioning with dry coarse sand to under ground cable 23 cm thick, 8 cm thick below the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

M & L for brick protection with old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat , length of bricks across the route of underground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of GI pipe 50 mm bore light grade for protection of cable including provision of clamps, nut, bolts etc required for fixing pipe along pole / wall / laid under the road / laid under the floor or in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule.

Supply and fix GI pipe 80 mm bore light grade for protection of cable including provision of clamps, nuts, bolts etc required for fixing pipe along pole / wall / laid under the road / laid under the floor or in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for Motor Pumps foundation including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, necessary form work and fair finishing all exposed faces of concrete without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for poles, stays & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing existing filter media consisting of natural stone gravel size 2 mm to 50 mm filtermedia, sand and mud etc from filter bed and depositing the silt mud etc where directed to a distance not exceeding 100 mtrs, including cleanning and washing and drying the filtartion bed etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preperation of old plastered and unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moss and efflorescent salts and and applying 2 coats of water proofing cement paint on concrete/plastered/ unplastered brick surface etc. of make approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and spreading fresh natural stone gravel / Pebbles of size 3/8" to 1/4 " after porper washing , in the filter bed to the required thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 17 here-in-before but for Pebbles of size 3/4" to 1/2 " complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleanning the sludge tank of diameter 6.5 meter and depth exceeding 5 mtr but not exceeding 7.5 meter by removing mud , sedimets including liquid by mean of suitable man power who is regulary dealing the same job with safety equipment , tools and safty measure ,including scrabing the inner surface by wire brush, brooms and removing the mud, green, fungs, leaves, dust and dirts , draining out complete unwanted materials obtained from cleanning, outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of the clarifocuator of diameter 14.5 meter and depth exceeding 5 mtr but not exc 7.5 mtr by removing ( 70 cum) mud sediments including liquid by mean of suitable manpower who is regularly dealing the same job with safty equipment tools and safety measure , including screabing the , inner surface by wire brush brooms and removing the mud, green fungs , leaves, dust and dirts drainging out complete unwanted material obtained from cleaning , outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing oil immersed fully automatic star delta motor starter type KFA - 40 fitted with Desh pot type complete with Over load Relay and single phase preventor suitable for 3 Phase 15 HP Motor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting electric connections,dismantling taking up electric motor 3 phase,440 volts, 50HZ 5HP capacity from existing foundation coupled with pumping set, removing to workshop for repair,dismantling/opening motor and pumps for required repair work inlcuding rewidning with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge and weight,tapping,varnishing, re-assemblying and bring back to installation and making the same founctional afterre-fixing on existing foundation,testing on full load and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting electric connections,dismantling,taking up centrifugal pumping set capacity 25 litres/Sec,60m head,40HP from existing foundation,removing to workshop for repair,bringing back to installation after repairing and welding,brazing,facing grinding, turning repairing/replacement of defective parts,re-assemblying andfixing to its original position and testing pumping set complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only GI impeller of centrifugal pump set 40HP complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Brass bushes of centrifugal pump set 40HP complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting,dismantling the air blower of capacity 265CFM,15HP,1460RPM carry to civil workshop for repair / Servicing incl dismantling motor & blower and rewinding with super enamlled coper wire of existing gauge & weight, tapping, varnishing, re-assembling changing 'V' belts and Air filter as per existing size and bring back to installation, fixing of motor in existing foundation andd making the same functional, tesing on full load and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Repair and overhauling to the reduction gear system at clarifloculator of bridge ratio 40/1 KA complete with replacement of 1 HP electric motor, 3 phase 415 volts including replacement of spare parts such as chain, gear starter ,rollers of etc and filling of oil etc including making canopies to the pump and motors of MS sheet not less than 2mm thick to protetc from rain/head etc (Size & shape decided by Engineer-In-Charge) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Disconnecting electric connections,dismantling taking up Centrifugal pump set of capacity 47.5 ltr/Sec at 21 meter head from existing foundation coupled with electric motor of 25 HP, removing to workshop for repair work,dismantling/opening pumps for required repair work inlcuding replacement of worn out parts and proper lubrication complete and bringing back to installation and reassemble with motor and make proper functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Brass Bush for cintrifugal pumping set 47.5 LPS at 21 mtr head coupled with 25 HP motor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
