M & L for UPVC door, white colour provided all as per manufacturer's direction and following specifications all as directed :- 1.The profile for construction of UPVC door will be of overall size 60 x 58 mm with wall thickness 2.7 ± 0.2 mm extruded sections. 2.The corners shall be plastic welded. 3.The hinge side vertical outer frame shall be reinforced with galvanized channel of wall thickness 1.2 mm. 4. The door shall be fixed to walls using 8 mm dia 80 mm long MS screws minimium 3 Nos on each side.

5. The top portion of the door shall be provided with plain glazing of 6 mm thick fixed to door shutter with UPVC standard beadings of 24.5 x 16 mm of 2 mm thick. 6. The bottom portion of door for 1 m height shall be provided with UPVC hollow board not less than 6 mm thick. 7. The door shall be provided with :- (a) Moritise lock of brass size minimum 100mm four lever with two keys all as per manufacturer's specification. (b) Two Nos of fan light pivot size 170mm on one shutter. (c) 03 Nos of 3D hinges on each shutter. 8. All the fittings shall be provided with using self tapping screws. The profile for construction of UPVC window frame shall be made of UPVC material confirming to IS 10151. 2. The frame shall be made of extruded UPVC section having overall dimension of 48 x 40 to 42 × 50 mm having wall thickness 2 mm ± 0.2 mm . 3. Corners of wall frame shall be joined by MS galvanized brackets, joints mitred and plastic welded . 4. The hinge side vertical outer frame shall be reinforced with galvanized MS tube of wall thickness 1 mm ± 0.1 mm and the tie rod shall be provided at the bottom of the frame. 5. The profiles should be single chamber system which shall provide high insulation properties. 6. The window system should be glazed with 6 mm thick plane glass fixed in window frame as per manufacturer's instruction .
