Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (w/o taking off shutters from the frames) not exc 1.5 sqm each, including cutting holes for taking out holdfasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out holdfasts shall be finished identical to existing finish (without any extra cost to Govt) and removing from site all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Ser Item No 1.00 above but exc 1.5 sqm and not exc 4 sqm each all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Factory made pressed steel frames of size 105 X 60 mm made out of PBI sheet 1.25mm thick for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinge, lock strike plate etc complete including bottom of each chowkat to be welded with 02 nos 25 X 25 X 3mm angle iron projecting 10cm one either side including one shop coat of red oxide chrome primer and including PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 in back filling of chowkats and tarring back of chowkats and holdfasts all as specified and as directed.

All as per Ser Item No 4.00 above but frame size 125 X 60mm all as specified and as directed.

S&F Box type steel windows comprised of tubular frame and shutters made out of 1.25mm thick MS sheet tube factory made with double side shutters wire gauged shutter and glass glazed shutter (wire cloth and glass panes will be measured and paid separately) with side hung shutters with MS handles and MS peg stay dovetailed or welded including 02 Nos MS Tower bolts 150mm long for each leaf and 08 mm square bar grill/ guard bars at spacing as shown on Drg welded MS flat iron frame work, including other fittings, hinges, MS handles, tarred hold fasts, PCC blocks for hold fasts etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supplying and fixing in opening including PCC for hold fast as per specification all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of mild steel tubes for top and bottom rails Mild steel frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain cover PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the mild steel frame welded/ sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification clause No 8B.1 to 8B.10 and drawing on page No. 156 of MES SSR-2010 Part-II all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made 2nd class hard wood, glazed and skelton shutter 35mm thick open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc (without sash bars), edges of framing palin, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR 2009 Pt-I Section 8.24 (b) supplied and fitted to chowkhats all as specified and as directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured designer seamless tiles 300 X 450 X 7 to 8mm thick on vertical surface as in skirting, dado set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the surface over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
