Regular maintenance works in BOP and its auxiliaries for a period from the date of commencement upto 30.09.2021
Cleaning of all types of pumps, CT fans ,greasing of bearings topping up of oil, attending gland leak etc, and assisting for loading & unloading the materials as directed by Engineer –in- charge.
Inspection and Cleaning of suction strainers in ACW pump /CCW pump /Inspection and Cleaning /replacement of NRV in ACW pump /CCW pump/CT makeup pump as directed by Engineer – in charge
Regular maintenance and cleaning of gear box provided for the Butterfly valves including minor repairs like renewal of Bolts & nuts etc., as directed by Engineer –in –charge
Regular inspection and general cleaning of hydro system provided for CT such as cooling fills, drift eliminators, header spray nozzles and distribution pipe including minor repairs such as renewal of damaged spray nozzles and bolts & nuts etc., as directed by Engineer – in-charge
Regular Maintenance of CT fan assembly and its auxiliaries such as gear box transmission shaft, CT fan blade & inspecting blade angle including minor repairs such as renewal of drive shaft coupling bush, oil seal replacement & alignment etc., as directed by Engineer –in-charge.
Inspection and renewal of coupling bush of various pumps such as CW Pump, ACW pump, CT make up pump CCW pump, inspection /cleaning of blower fan inlet air filters, belts tightness checking etc., as directed by Engineer –in-charge.
Regular maintenance and cleaning of valves of various types of size below 4” including minor repairs such as renewal of clamping ring hex bolts, hand wheel etc , as directed by Engineer – in –charge
Regular maintenance and cleaning of valves of size 4” to below 12” of various types including minor repair such as renewal of clamping ring hex bolts, hand wheel etc as directed by Engineer –in-charge
Regular maintenance and cleaning of valves of size from 12” to 36” of various type including minor repairs such as renewal of clamping ring hex bolts, hand wheel etc. As directed by Engineer –in-charge
Renewal of gland packing in Auxiliary cooling water pumps and closed cooling water pumps as per the Direction of Engineer in charger
Attending of minor leaks by patch welding in the bore well pipe lines of various sizes at various locations in BOP area as per the Direction of Engineer in charge
