Note :The unit rate quoted by the tenderer under Col No (13) of Sch `A’ (BOQ) unless specifically mentioned otherwise such as labour only/fixing only, for all items of works shall be deemed to be including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants, testing and commissioning of work in position complete as required for entire completion of work.

Excavating in trenches in any type of soil , not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out, complete all as specified and directed by Engrineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 1.50 kilometre but not exceeding 5.00 Kilometre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates and finished the surface rough to provide adequate bond for the topping as in sub base ,foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete ,100 mm thick (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates topping as in sub base ,foundations, filling and mass concrete , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks old size , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 in and including demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc for the area where unservicable bricks retrived and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks old size , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:4 , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

First quality glazed ( digital glossy finish) ceramic coloured tiles of 350x450x8 mm thick fixed joint free laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc laid over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement paste of honey like consistancy and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Notes :- (i) Design, pattern and colour of tiles will be as approved by GE. (ii) Tile work to be executed in any position or in any patches or as per site requirement.

First quality glazed designer pattern ceramic coloured tiles of size 450x300x7mm, thick fixed in pattern to wall ( combination of dark and light colour with boarder) laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc laid over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement paste of honey like consistancy and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles in and including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Notes :- (i) Design, pattern and colour of tiles will be as approved by GE. (ii) Tile work to be executed in any position or in any patches or as per site requirement.

First quality, Non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick, Joint Free (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sq.m but n.exc. 0.18 Sq.m, laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sq.mtr. over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tilesin and including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removal of rubbish outside MoD land ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Notes :- (i) Design, pattern and colour of tiles will be as approved by GE. (ii) Tile work to be executed in any position or in any patches or as per site requirement.

Vitrified ceramic tiles (light shade) 9 to 10 mm thick (square/ractangular) coloured polished tiles, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc. laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles in and including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removal of rubbish outside MoD land ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Notes :- (i) Design, pattern and colour of tiles will be as approved by GE. (ii) Tile work to be executed in any position or in any patches or as per site requirement.

Vitrified ceramic tiles (dark shade) 9 to 10mm thick (square/ractangular) coloured polished tiles, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm not exceeding 0.42 sqm as in skirting, dados and risers to steps etc laid over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement paste of honey like consistancy and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles in and including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Notes :- (i) Design, pattern and colour of tiles will be as approved by GE. (ii) Tile work to be executed in any position or in any patches or as per site requirement.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid bedded and pointed in white cement with pigment and removal of rubbish outside MoD land ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Granite stone slab Machine cut 18 to 20 mm thick as in cooking platform ,floor,steps, pillars, window cills,and like and including 10mm thick (avg thickness) cement mortar 1:4 screeding and setting coat in cement mortar 1:2, 3mm thick, with araldite adhesives set and jointed with white cement sturry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab incl cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing etc ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- (i) The rate of granite stone shall be deemed to incl for full rounded off corner/edges incl all cutting to make it square or rectangular. (ii) The rate shall also be deemed to incl for cutting and machine polishing to achive the desired granite finish

Granite 20mm thick (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry, pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing including grinding and polishing ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick plaster on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete internal surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white washing , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc; rubbing down and stopping of surfaces by using sand paper and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of internal surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc; washing, rubbing down and stopping of surfaces by using sand paper and applying 1mm thick cement wall care putty to obtain smooth regular/even finish surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Aluminium anodised frame for doors, windows,ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat and rubber beading/ lining for fixing etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Aluminium anodised work for shutters of doors, windows, ventilators, and partitions (Fixed portions) including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provosion for fixing of fittings where ever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (fittings shall be fixed and paid separetly ) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top,bottom and sides with equired EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawing and all as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Aluminium powder coating (miniumum thickness of powder coating is 50 micron) frame for doors, windows,ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat and rubber beading/ lining for fixing etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Aluminium powder coating (miniumum thickness of powder coating is 50 micron) for door shutter, aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips rubber neoprene packing , Handle 2 Nos in each door, 3 hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screw etc for fixing of Glass or baord , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: Supplying and fixing of Glass or board shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

Figured glass 3 mm thick, pin headed type and glazing with oil putty or wooden bead in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sq. m in each pane,including fixing with glass pins to hold glass in position in and including Hacking out old broken glass panes of any thickness, size ,quality or description from wooden frames , glazed with putty or fixed with beads ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note:- No extra payment for replacment of damaged wooden beads required for glazing glass in wooden window.

Toughned glass 12mm as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Bib cock long body with flange ,15 mm bore fancy type cast copper alloy Chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule fixed as in repair , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Vitreous china urinal, half stall type, (back or corner wall type), white, complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar [1:2], securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement, fixing automatic flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe, grating and Union for discharge pipe. Factory made moulded glossy/Matt Finish solid waterproof MDF board of 12 mm thickness for kitchen wall cabinet back side etc comprising of with including necessary all other fixing arrangement as per requirement at site. For fixing the items fitted in position to walls minimum screws size 120 mm ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Stainless steel grill pattern Bottle Rack size 8" wide and 20" deep including stainless steel channels.Dia of stainless steel bar used to make grill pattern shall be min 5mm , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. PVC wall lining consisting of 5 mm thick solid/Hollow printed colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement complete all as specified and drawing (Page No-180 of SSR Part-II) in and including taking down old unservicable sheet including cleanign and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/other surfaces etc ,complete all as specified and as didrected by Engr-in-Charge.

Gyproc GI T Grid system in 600 x 600mm module which includes providing and fixing wall angle along the perimeter of the room with nylone sleeves and wooden screw at 300mm centre to centre. Suspendeding the main Tee of size from the soft, soffit cleat, rawl plugs and wire rod & leveling spring clips at 1200mm centre to centre cross the interlokined into the pre-cut slots in the main Tee at 600mm centre to centre in direction perpendicular to the main Tee to make a grid of 600 x1200mm. 600mm cross Tees are interlocked into pre-cut slots in the 1200mm Tees at 1200mm centre to centre in direction parallel to the main Tee. Clip -in false ceiling system with G.I. tile(600mmx600mm) is manufactured out of 0.50mm G.I.sheet having power coating with 50-60 microns polyester paint on front side.These tiles shall have beveled or square(90degree)edges.Two sides of each tile are raised and piped and stopped to ensure positive engagement into the spring Clip-inprofile,yet allow for demounting of indivisual tiles.The rigid suspension system consists of rows of .5 mm galvanised steel clipp-in profile of size 38 mm x 20 mm and installed at 600 mmC/C spacing to support the tiles,clip-in profiles are suspended and jointed from galvanised steel C Chaannel of size 10 mmx38 mmx10 mm with hold on clamps.Suspension angles are suspended from the roof structure by GI Ceiling brackets and joint to the C channels.The tiles are held in places by pressure clips.In the flexible system the hanger and supension clips replace the suspension angle.Wall angle or edge profiles are of size 24 mm x24 mm and 0.4 mm thick with matching the colour with tiles.These tiles are 1.7 mm perforation(20-22%) with black acoustic fleece etc in and including Dismantling wall and Ceiling board any thickness including cover fillets ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Welding in repair exc 2.5 cm but n exc 5.00 cm in length thickness of metal to be welded n.exc 6mm, including cleaning, preparing the surfaces and holding the member in true position for maintenance of steel items such as gates, grills, doors window etc. ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamells paint over one coat of red oxide primer,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Cutting into walls of existing manholes for connecting new drain pipe 150/200 mm internal dia pipe, making good to wall in CM (1:3)/ PCC (1:2:4) after inserting pipe, cutting out benching & forming branch channel (1/2) round or (3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, reforming benching as required and rendering smooth finished, including and removal of rubbish to a place as earmarked by civic body for this purpose outside of MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to SGSW pipes of 150mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced concrete pipes class NP-2, 200 mm Internal diameter of pipe conforming to IS laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete with collar , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement cut to length , bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.
