Annual Maintenance Contract for Horticulture and Landscaping maintenance in city side area at Prayagraj Airport for period 2025-26.

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features/ Verticle Garden having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing,weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in charge. Cutting of Hedge/Edge including removing of cut material, cleaning, hoeing of hedge/edge bed watering, manureing and applying insecticides and fungicides etc.(excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge.

Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20%: one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 m, lift up to 1.5 m complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately)

Pruning, trimming, shaping of trees /shrubs (ht 15 feet and above) i/c removal of cut materials upto 50mt. Lead, as per direction of officer in charge. T&P shall be arranged by the contractor.

Transplantation of trees with in a distance of 2km including excavation around existing tree, pruning of branches, lifting, loading and transportation of existing tree, digging pits for placing tree at new place, adding manure, sand, fertilizer, hormones and bio fertilizer to it. Levelled and neatly dressed and disposal of surplus materials from old existing and new sites to designated place. Each tree should be firmly secured to the stake so as to prevent excessive movement, flooding with water, treatment of roots, rope and gunny bags as per direction of the officer incharge. T&P and all required materials shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (a) Girth of tree shall be measured at a height of 1m above ground level. Girth of trees upto 50cm.

Providing and placing in position of seasonal plants/seedlings, pitunia/ dahlia /dianthus / inca merygold / phlox / salvia / gazania species / french merigold / poppy species / sweet william / zinnia species / dwarf sungold sunflower / gaillardia / cosmos flower etc. in thumb pot and plantation as per direction of officer in charge.

Supplying and stacking of Vermi compost at site including royalty and all carriages in proper bags all complete at places directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and all carriages complete at places directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment)

Providing and displaying of Araucaria cookie having ht. 1.80 m to 1.95 m, straight, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green leaves from bottom to top in 30 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Croton golden (Broad Leaves) having ht. 60 cm to 75 cm with 3 to 4 branches, well developed, fresh and healthy leaves in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot. & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Croton Golden specimen having ht. 90 cm to 1.05 cm with 5 to 6 branches, well developed, fresh and healthy foliage in 30 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and Displaying Bamboo Buddha vally variety with umbrella shape having 120 to 135 ht. with fresh & healthy foliage well developed in 40 cm Cement pot multy branch, bushy as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and Displaying Ficus reginold Topiary well developed with fresh & healthy 6 to 7 big ball specific size 210 to 240 cm ht in 45 cm Cement Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Tecoma stans of height 90-105 cm. bushy in big size HDPE bag as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Thuja compacta of height 75-90 cm., conical shaped, well formed with healthy foliage in earthen pots of size 30 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of china doll (red machera) well developed, fresh & healthy as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing tractor with attached harrow/disc harrow/excavator/leveller or hydraulic trolley of approx. size 125 to 150 cubic feet including driver and fuel for the purpose of transportation/leveling of stone boulders, roots of bushes and trees and likewise un-useful material from the various locations of all areas of Airport and dumping the same in the isolated safe location identified by Engineer-in-Charge within or outside of Airport premises all lifts and lead.

Supplying labour for day to day maintenance jobs includuing required T & P complete as per direction of EIC. ( Prevailing Minimum wages= (A) + CP on (A) @ 7.5%= (B) +Labour cess on (A+B) @ 1% = (C) Un-skilled labour

Supply and Installation of vertical garden (on already existing wall or MS frame) with Biowall frames (PP) of adequate strength having minimum 25 to 30 pots per Sqm, aluminium drain tray, Fully functional and tested Internal Drip Irrigation System with polytube, polytee, elbow, polywell, joiner, endstop etc. with fully grown bushy plants 12 to 15 cm long in organic light weight planting media ( Plants such as - Green Money plant, Golden money plant, Oxycardium green-gold, Fern, Croton Petra, Philodendro Cylon Gold +(Flowering/Exotic 10% like poinsethia etc.) all complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The plants used for development of vertical garden should be well grown, healthy and disease free. Newly transplanted plants will not be accepted.
