Note for item No 1 to 7: Rate deemed to be inclusive of conecting up with control gear including cable glands and cable lugs complete.

Supply and replace cable route indicator round in shape with cast iron of dia not less than 100 mm duly embossed as LT with 32mm X 6 mm MS Angle welded and foundation with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil for laying of under ground cable and foundation of poles.etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming using excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at al level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point and all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading clean dry riddled sand in trenches for cushioning all as specified for cable protection in trenches / ducts complete all as specified and directed. Note: The punned down thickness shall only measured for payment.

Bricks sub class 'B' old size bricks to be laid over dry sand cushinoing in trenches as protection to cable all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 with 40 mm graded aggegate for foundation of poles including form work and finishing to all exposed surfaces by using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 with 20 mm graded aggegate for foundation / road crossing including form work and finishing to all exposed surfaces by using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Steel tubular swaged poles of complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper, plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP 22, 9 mtr long pole including taking out old poles complete all as specified and directed.

Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of feeder pillar box/ Bus bar chamber of size 400x400x230mm made up of 3.15m thick MS sheet, out door type of 200 Amps rated busbar of 3 phase and neutral including supports, cable entry at bottom and stand made of MS angle (2 Nos) of size 50x50x6mm, 1 meter long including foundation in PCC 1:4:8 including taking out old FPB complete all as specified and directed.

Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced including stringing in position complete including dismantling of old ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs galvanised steel wire 4mm dia / 8mm dia for guard wire, continuous earth wire complete all as specifed and directed.

Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 with stay rod 16mm dia including dismantling the old unservicable stay complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and concrete shall be measured and paid separetly.

GI Pipe galvanised light grade 80 mm dia for cable protection in trenches/ at PCC pole for loopin/loop out of cable and cable entry at Bldg/block end including taking down old pipe all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete including testing with galvanised steel plate electrode 600x 600x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip of size 32x6mm from earth plate to body of the equiment by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earth in test point on completion with and including 15mm bore light grade GI protection pipe ( 7.5 mtr long) for earth including PCC (1:2:4) type B1 chamber pit with pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1, 40mm thick reinforced with 6mm dia MS bars @ 100 c/c bothway, lifting hooks made out of 6mm MS bars, watering arrangement with funnel, wire, common salt, charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.
