Providing, laying, testing & commissioning of 'C' class heavy duty MS pipe conforming to IS 3589/IS 1239 including Welding, fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamp/support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel fire red paints over primer coat etc complete as required

Supplying and fixing single headed internal / external hydrant valve with instantaneous stainless steel coupling 63 mm dia with cast iron wheel ISI marked confirming to IS: 5290 (Type-A) with blank stainless steel cap and chain as required.

Supplying and fixing first-aid hose reel with MS complete construction spray painted in postoffice red, conforming to IS 884 complete with the following as required. 20 mm nominal internal dia water hose thermo plastic (textile reinforced) type-2 as per IS: 12585. 20 mm nominal internal dia gunmetal globe valve and nozzle. Drum and brakets for fixing the equipemens on wall. Connections from riser with 25 mm dia stop gun metal valve & MS pipe and socket.

Supplying and fixing 63 mm dia, 15 Meter long RRL Hose with 63 mm dia male and female coupling duly bound with GI wire, rivets, etc conforming to IS: 636 (type-A) as required.

Repairing and re-installation of 2 HP make up pump including overhauling, winding, changing spare parts like nut, bolts, glands etc. complete as required.

Dismantling and re-fixing of over head sintex water tanks installed at terrace of fire pump house including connection, interconnection etc. complete as required.

Supplying, installation, test and commissioning of repeater panel suitable for 4 zones, complete with visual indications for short circuit fault, open circuit fault, fire condition and all other standard facilities as per IS:2189 with mimic diagram for all area / zone covered, complete with all connections, interconnections as required.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of main control and indicating panel made out of 16 SWG MS sheet to accommodate the following items duly powder coated in approved colour with louvers for ventilation, locking arrangement, audio and visual indication for fire alarm and public address system, monitoring system including connections, interconnections etc complete as required. 4 Zone panel for fire alarm system Main ON/OFF switch, fuse indication lamps, DC and AC voltmeters & ammeters, terminal blocks etc. complete as required -1 set. Battery charger trickle cum boost to take complete load of fire alarm & PA system complete with all accessories including providing & fixing of 2 nos.12 volt, 7 AH each sealed maintenance free batteries -1 set. Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning fire alarm sounder with facility to make announcememt, mounted in A.B.S. box with hinged cover plate & suitable for operation with amplifier including line matching transformer etc. complete as required.

Supplying & laying of 2x1.5 sqmm fire alarm armoured cable, 600/1000 V rated with annealed copper conductor having XLPE insulation, steel wire armouring & FRLS outer sheath complete as required.

Sub-Head: II Earthing and Misc. work for G and I Block Lift M/C Room at CSIR MBSA

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/submain wiring/ cable as required.

Supplying and fixing 63 A rating, four pole, (three phase and neutral), 415 volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB / ELCB), having a sensitivity current 30mA with sheet steel enclosure, complete with connections, testing & commissioning etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 100 A,30KA, FPMCCB rating and breaking capacity MCCB with sheet steel enclosure ( cubicle panel board), Set of Copper Bus Bar 200 A , on surface/ recess, thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3½ X 95 sq. mm (38mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Supplying of 4 Core x 6 Sqmm Copper Conductor armoured XLPE / PVC insulated and PVC sheathed Cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade. Up to 35 sq.mm (clamped with 1 mm thick saddle) on wall surface as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and Copper lugs for 4 Core x 6 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE Copper conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

SUB-HEAD: III: Lightning arrester accessories at CSIR Hq.,

Providing & fixing of lightning arrester with SS adopter including connections, necessary accessories with installation & commissioning which includes base plate with base mast and accessories etc. complete as required. Make: AllTec / LSG / ERICO (radius 39-61 Mtr)

Providing & fixing of GI Mast 5 Mtr (Min) for mounting the terminal & adaptor to mount the air terminal with coupler / reducer, multi strand mast stray wires, Joints, clamps & accessories.

Providing & fixing of weather proof enclosure for test link joint kit in a IP 55 of suitable dimension & design etc. complete as required.

Providing & fixing of lightning strike recorder LSC 7D digit shall be weather proof type, should have 6 digit event count and the capacity to count smallest strike (3kA), should be a voltage sensing type counter, so that it will not register near by strikes and static discharges due to inductioneffect (OPTIONAL) etc. complete as required.

Providing & fixing of UL Listed long life Maintenance Free Earthing System with constant performance service Maint. Free High warranty - UL Listed,10 feetlong 17.2 mm dia 250 Micron,with ALLTEC - TerraFill TF 50 & TF- 50 XT Conductive Back Fill should RoHS & Low resistivity Certified. The Back Fill having not more than 0.20 Ohm/cm Earthing resistance, eco friendly, non degradable and non soluble. The earthing pit shall be designed and supplied RDSO Approved with Poly-plastic Pit Cover non-conductive, environment friendly etc complete as required.

Supplying of 70 sq.mm size single core multistand copper armoured XLPE / PVC insulated and PVC sheathed cable of 1.1 KV grade for ightning current dissipation to earth etc. complete as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade. Up to 70 sq.mm (clamped with 1 mm thick saddle) on wall surface as required.
