Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Cautionary /warning sign boards of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900 mm with support length of 3650 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S.angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S.message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts and excavation of post hole and fill with PCC 1:3:6 etc. complete and removing excavated soil in low leveling area,in domestic and tech area, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1,in domestic and tech area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F cast iron 3 seater FRP garden/ road side bench with 8 FRP streep (3seater) heavy duty garden bench of over all size 63" lenth,24"width and 33"height (leg ht 16") both side hand rest for outdoor park black/ white including fexing etc complete as per directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F rubber speed breaker ABS body yellow and black 500x350x50 mm size and 50mm diameter fixed with spicks in domestic and tech area all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F 80cm dia traffic convex mirror for roead safety made of poly carboanteor acrylic lens 200 times stronger than glass an ABS or fiberglass weather resistance back body ,a 130digree to 160digree viewing angle in circular shape mounting hardware heavy duty steel clamps and brackets designed to fit standared 2 inch to 3inch circuler steel pole height as per location including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (minimum 45cm depth) complete all as specified and directed as per direction by Engr-in-chagre.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. in domestic and tech area all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S&f road sign board weather resistant, visibility and water proof Showing section ,bldg and other related made of 02mm thick steel sheet and 0.4 mm retro sheet fixed in both sides, fitted with 50 mm dia stainless steel frame of size 3x5 feet all around and fixed with 02 nos 50 mm dia stainless steel vertical pole of height 03 m including fixing of board at site with including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (minimum 450mm depth) in domestic and tech area and removing all excavatrd materials outside of MoD land. The handwriting of the retro sheet will be given by the Engr-in-charge Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. (maximum 50 letter in each side and 2 to 3 arrows).complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-chagre.

Surface excavation upto 23 cm deepend getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L cement concrete 100mm thick type D-2,1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base.
