S&F MS Tubuler trusses, purlins,etc including special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161- 1979 grade St 240 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously untrated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and aplying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&FAluminium Composite Panel 4.0 mm thick of approved colour and shade of Alu Bond or equivalent fixed with self tapping screws on aluminium powder coated frame work weight not less than 0.55 Kg/Rm in any shape and size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS / Cast Iron post as in railings 80 cm height @ 2 mtr c/c with MS chain 12 mm dia one row complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART - II (E/M) PORTION :- Supply install testing and commissioning Silent type water cooled Diesel Engine Generating set 415 volts 100 KVA/ nearest available higher size in KVA, 3 phase 0.8 power factor, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self exicited self regulated brushless AC generator including acoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition at Hyderabad (Dundigal) and confirming to condition under IS 10002, 13364 Part I 1992, BS 5514/5000 with the following :-

(i) The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all the derating factors as per relevant IS/BS Standards design.

(A). Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 100 KVA/ nearest available higher capacity at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self exicited self regulated screen protected drip proof brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of + 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be confirming to BS 5000, IS: 13364 Part I (1992) and shall be in position to generate supply with frequecy regulation with in + 1% tolerance. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate.

i) Insualation class - 'H'

ii) Temparature rise Class - 'H'

iii) Excitation : Self Excited

iv) Regulation performance: The voltage is kept constant with + 1%.

v) Frequency regulation + 1%

(B) Diesel Engine : - Adequate capacity of Diesel engine water cooled, multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection type to drive independently the 100 KVA alternator considering de-rating factor as per site conditons, directly coupled through flexible coupling, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant IS/BS specifications complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under:-

i) Fly wheel with housing

ii) Cooling system :- Moulded radiator with fan & belts.

iii) Cooling Water pump : - Centrifugal type belt driven.

iv) Exhaust System :- Exhaust System complete with exhaust piping of suitable dia with MS pipe medium grade with Turbo charger, Exhaust manifold

Silencer : Residential type

v) Fuel System :- Fuel injection system with fuel injectors, fuel injection controlled by solenoid switch and governer for 1% speed /frequecy regulation, electrically operated or as recommended by OEM, with suitable fuel filters and connecting hoses.

vi) Lub oil System :-

Lubricating oil filter and tube circulated with suitablly integrated lubricating oil pump.

vii) Air Intake System :-

Air intake Manifold and air filter dry type.

viii) Governer mechanical type

ix) Starting System :- Electric Self starter with and including battery charging alternator 12 Volts DC.

x) Batteries :- Batteries of maintenance free of capacity 12 V, 180 AH or as recommemded by OEM complete with copper conductor multistranded leads of suitable length from self starter to the battary terminals complete with initial charge and initial fill of electrolyte all as specified.

xii) Safety Controls : - Engine low lube oil pressure high water temperature and over speeding of engine.

xiii) Coupling arrngement : - Flexible coupling

xiv) Accessories :- AVM Pads built- in or separtely mounted to manufacturer base frames.

xv) Base Frame : - Made out of ISMC of sturdy design made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement and predetermined holes as per manufacturer.

xvi) MS/Steel flexible pipe line to and from the fuel tank to the DG Set.

xvii) Battery Charger shall be provided as per manufacturer guidelines

xviii) The DG Set shall comply to the emission limits requirement as per Govt of India, Gazette notification No bearing No 595 dated 11 Dec 2013 and No 167 dated 31 Mar 2014. The DG Set shall be complied with all test requirements as stipulated in the gazette notification. All relevant test results from NABL accredited lab shall be produced to GE.

C) Civil Works :-

All civil works including PCC plat form and related foundations including for panel and equipments and making good of disturbed area during installation and commissioning of genset. The depth and size of the foundation and PCC as recommended by the manufacturer however the height of the plinth shall be not less than 450 mm from the ground level.

Note:- The contractor shall arrange for artificial load resistive for testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be included in the above offer including fuel for testing.

D) Acoustic Enclosure:- Manufactured by OEM suitable for 100 KVA/ nearest higher size available KVA DG Set.

(i) Tested by NABL approved lab as per CPCB

(ii) It Should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and Pollution control board.

(iii) The generating set battery should be inside the enclosure.

(iv) Fuel tank should be inside the enclosure, however, the fuel storage shall be enough for 12 hrs continuous operation. If required contractor may arrange outside fuel storage capacity to achieve this

(v) Construction Details/specification are as follows : -

a) Outer body :- CRCA Sheet of 1.6mm thick.

b) Doors :- CRCA sheet of 1.6 mm thick

c) Sound Insulation :- 60 mm thick rock wool(minimum density 64kg/Cum)/ fire resistance foam/puff or as per OEM recommendations to achieve desired decibel of sound level

vi) The acoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit.

vii) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button.

viii) The enclosure should be suitably internally illuminated by CFL/FTL/LED Lamp fittings.

ix) The noise level should be 75 dB at 1m under free field conditions.

x) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade.

Note :- (i) The complete DG Set shall be procured from authorised OEM of the manufacturer of engine. A certificate in this connection shall be submitted to the GE. (ii) Air circulation system to achieve desired inside temperature of acoustic enclosure, if required shall be provided as per OEM recommendation. (iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site as specified in PS and IS requirements in presence E/M Offr (IEM) detailed by Accepting Officer , all testing arrangements/ equipments shall be made available by the contractor for tests. (iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of lubricant oil, DHPP for 12 hours testing and final successful acceptance test. (v) Anything missed out above but technically required for efficient working of DG Set is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

E) AMF Panel :- AMF panel shall integrated with the DG set be made out of CRCA sheet 14 gauge powder coated dust and vermin proof totally enclosed and consisit the following: (a) Microprocessor based generator set monitoring and control system consists of 16 Charactor 2 line LCD disply and to monitor operator interface, fault history, alternator data, Engine data, provision for service adjustement and caliberation of DG control functions, Engine controls,engine protective functions, alternative protective functions etc. (b). Instrument fuses and control wiring. (c). Indication lamps for Set running and load on. (d). Aluminium bus bar TPN for 250 Amps for RYB & 125 Amps for neutral complete for in and out terminals wiring with PVC insulated single core copper conductor multistranded wire of 1100 volts grade of suitable capacity including CTs etc. (e). 4 pole MCCBs 125 Amps, 25 KA adjustable type - 02 Nos for DG and Commercial supply control. (f) Digital type tamper proof energy meter with suitable CTs.

Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of indoor type LT feeder pillar box platform mounted (to be mounted on the P.C.C. brick pedestal), suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating not less then 400 amps, Spreader link to incoming/outgoing MCCB for termination of incoming/outgoing cable and Aluminium connecting bars of suitable size (R-Y-B-N) for outgoing cables, duly fabricated in a CPRI approved / certified factory having modern fabrication and testing facility which includes at least seven (07) tanks pre treatment facility comprising of de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phosphating, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated painting (thickness not less than 80 Micron) with approved shade of RAL 7032. The feeder pillar shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The feeder pillar shall be made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 2.00mm thick gland plate and having front and rear opening facility with single layer shutter with locking facility and mild steel angle (50x50x5mm) legs of length 30 cm at bottom, suitable for mounting on the pedestal, The feeder pillar shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. The feeder pillar shall be comprising of the followings :-

(i) Change Over Switch 250 Amps, front operated, open execution type - 02 No Make : L&T or equivalent

(ii) MCCB 4 pole 250 Amps, 36 KA, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply, adjustable thermal (80% to 100%) and fixed magnetic release (as incoming) - 01 No Make : L&T or equivalent

(iv) MCB 4 pole 40 Amps, 16 KA, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply, (as outgoing) - 01 No Make : L&T or equivalent

Supply and fixing Eros casting poles family of decorative cast iron post top arms made out cast iron including rovision for cable and hanging of LED light is to be provided complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Havells- santra SINGLE side arm (Orbit Plus) or equivalent approved make.

Supply and installing LED 45 watt Aesthetically designed IP 66 LED post TOP with aluminium enclosure, powerd with high power LEDs as light source and die casheat sink exhibiting classic Victorian, with constant current electronic driver provided with high voltage, open & short circuit protection with suitable for operation on single phase AC supply: 220-240V, complete with all respects complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Havells - Eros 45 W shallow bowl 3000k or equivalent approved make.

Supply and fixing bus bar box of suitable size but not less than 20 cm x 15 cm x 12 cm fabricated out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet protected with seven tank phosphating process and powder coated to prevent from corrosion incuding 4 nos aluminium bus bar strip 25x3 mm over protection insulators with suitable nut bolts and washers including provision for outgoing and incomig cable and one no MCB SP 5 Amps and cable glands including necessary fixing clamps with nut bolt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, of following sizes with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes :-

(a) 40 mm (1 1/2”) dia

(b) 25 mm (1”) dia

( c) 20 mm (3/4”) dia

M & L for Drilling and tapping existing cast iron water mains of size 100 / 150mm (in position) for branch connections of the internal dia 25 MM includung clamp of 40 mm x 6 mm MS flat iron for support and necessary welding work if required complete all as specified and asdirected by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cutting GI mains 50 mm dia, inserting of new GI TEE of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 40 mm for branch connection including excavation earthwork complete all as specified and as directed.
