Plain Cement concrete (1:5:10) using 40 mm metal with hand mixing upto Plinth level

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded

Supply and placing of RCC M 25 as per IS-4926:2003 of following grades with minimum cement content as per IS-456:2000 and Standard mix design as per IS-10262:1982, with coarse aggregate of nominal size 20mm and fine aggregate of Zone II as per the mix design approved by the Department from Standard suppliers including cost and conveyance, vertical pumping and Horizontal pumping on all materials, etc., works for basic cost including leveling, grading, spreading, dewatering , curing for 14 days, centring, vibrating, compacting, finishing etc., as required including, material taxes, pumping, transportation, approved admixture etc., complete. Note: 1.Manufactured Sand (Rock sand) and natural river sand in the ratio of 50:50 shall be used. 2. The quantities for cement, coarse aggregates and fine aggregates are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design - FOR Bed

Providing brick work \ in CM (1:6) prop., using common burnt clay bricks of class as per Table-1 of IS:1077-1992 Non-Modular or traditional size , including cost & conveyance of all material and labour charges, centering & scafolding charges, and overhead charges & Contractors profit etc., complete as per APSS No.501 for Super structure Ground Floor.

Plastering with CM 2 coats, 20 mm thick, base coat in CM (1:6), 16mm thick and top coat in CM (1:4), 4mm thick with Dubara sponze finishing.

Filling with Good Gravel soil, including supply and delivery of good gravel for filling, including cost of gravel, seinourage charges and conveyance to site, filling charges, watering, tamping and rammming and all labour charges and operational charges complete as directed by the Departmental officers.

Carting the excavated earth to a lead of 10 KMS including Labour chargess for loading and unloading, Transportation etc. complete as per specification
