Dismantling of old ACSR conductor from existing pole and removal from site complete all as directed.

Dismantaling of old insulators of any type or size from existing pole and removal from site complete all as directed.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle sections, clamps, nuts and bolt, washers, back plate of any size/shape complete and removal from site complete all as directed.

Dismantling steel poles/ struts, 9/11 mtr long and setting aside for re-use within 50 metres complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and 1.5 mtr in depth in hard/dense soil for taking up/ laying of cable and getting out complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed .

Sand filling in cable trenches for cable protection with clean dry sand unwashed incl gently punning in a layer of 15cm and 8cm (total 23 cm) in thickness all across the laid portion of cable in trench complete all as directed . Note: Punned thickness shall only be considered for payment.

Reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class EHV, type-I with peak size 450mm x 230mm x 50mm over sand cushioning for protection of cable complete all as directed.

Brick of common burnt clay, sub class 'B' old size laid flat and dry on cables as in cable protection in trenches over cables perpendicular to direction of cable abutting each other complete all as directed.

Supply, laying commissioning and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts (Earthed) grade of size 3 core 95 mm passing through DWC HDPE/laid in trenches complete all as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqmm x 3.5 Core passing through DWC HDPE/laid in trench including necessary conection with lugs and cable gland etc complete all as specified and directed.

Outdoor type LT Feeder piller box of size 600x600x300mm deep, 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz having 04 Nos colour coded aluminium bus bar of capacity 600 Amps mounted on porcelain/hygroscopic insulators with suitable number of holes for making connections of cables, made out of 3.15mm thick sheet steel CRCA and mounted on frame of suitable size made out of angle iron 45x45x6mm with 4 Nos legs embedded in PCC foundation 300mm below ground level and 300mm above ground level, duly painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, dust and vermin proof, front door with locking arrangement and two earth points by side of the box, cubical type with cable glands, sockets etc and with provision of cable entry from bottom, including painting steel frame complete all as directed. Note: (ii) Drawing for LT feeder piller box shall be got approved by GE before fabrication. (ii) Excavation, earth work and PCC shall be measured and pai seperately .

Refixing of old serviceable steel tubular swaged poles 9/11 mtr long obtained from item Sr. No: 4 here-in-before after dismantling and erecting in new location as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including painting the exposed portion with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and painting of 30 cm wide black and white strips upto 1.5 mtr from bottom of the erected pole complete all as directed. Note: (A) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of the following : (i) Any repair / welding / fabrication work on the old poles. (ii) Any rusted surface on the old pole shall be treated with red oxide primer prior to application of aluminium paint. (B) Necessary excavation, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground.(earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr. Below ground level connecting to GI Strip 32x6 mm size by means of bolts, check nuts and washers of GI and earth wire protected by provision of GI pipe light grade, 15 mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stoned aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25 x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test pont made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wiremesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection all as directed and testing on completion.
