Drilling 24'' i/d bore hole with reverse circulation method of latest technology as per ISI specification No. 2800/1991 Part-I (with upto date amendments) in all kinds of soil including cost of consumables stores, fule, oil, soil stabilizing material and transportatoin rigs to the site of the proposed bore including logging the bore with electronic logger.as per direction of E.E.

Supplying & Lowering 12'' i/d (300 mm) nominal bore (323.90) outer dia ERW steel pipe ( Housing pipe as per IS 4270 1992) upto date amendments duty ISI marked housing pipe in 4 to 7 Mtr length with 88.90 mm of threaded ends ( 8 threads to an inch or 25.4 mm ) manufactured out of 8.00 mm thick M.S Plates with required number of M.S Socket of 177.80 mm width inside threads to match the pipe threads and made out of 1/2 (12.5 mm )M.S Plate make Jindal (Hisar) /TATA.

Supplying & Lowering 8'' i/d (219.10mm Outer dia) MS Blind casing pipe (Blind pipe) as per IS 4270-2001 with upto date amendment duly ISI marked in 4.0 to 6 mtr. random length, ERW longitudinal welded joint fabricated of 8.00mm thick MS Plate with male threaded ends of minimum length 88.9mm (8 threads per 2.54cm) with required Nos. of Sockets of 152.4mm length fabricated of 10mm thick MS Plate with internal threads to fit the pipe male threads after screwing the socket shall be welded to the blind pipe. (Make TATA/Jindal (Hisar).

Providing and lowering of 8" (203.20mm) i/d Stainless Steel cage type wire wound screen in position having wall thickness 6.30m and slot size 0.5mm as per IS 8110-1985 with upto date amendments including the cost of scaffoldings, derricks, jim, poles and plants, ropes, geys, steel clamps etc. complete in all respects of make Johnson to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Suppling & Fixing reducing socket 12'' i/d (323.90mm o/d) to 8'' i/d (219.1mm o/d) to be fabricated out of 1/2" (12.5mm) Mild Steel Plate with both ends threaded and having suitable size of sockets to suit for jointing housing pipe with blind pipe as per IS 2800 (Parts - I ):1991

Supplying and Packing graval of 1/6'' to 1/8'' according to the design of gravel to suit the permissible strata free from dust material etc. as per IS 4097 and as per direction of E.E.

Proving and fixing Bail Plug to 8" (203.20mm) i/d blind pipe including cost of M.S. Screw Socket complete in all respect as per IS 2800 (Parts - I ):1991.

Supplying and fixing of centering guide complete in all respect.

Supplying & fixing of 12" i/d (304.80mm) well cap complete in all respect.

Development of Tubewell with air compressor with minimum capacity 1100CFM at 350 PSI as per IS 2800/Part-I:1991 or as per site requirement and as per direction of the EIC.

Providing and fixing of M.S Clamps 323.90mm o/d as per IS 2800 (Parts - I:1991) as amended upto date for supporting the housing pipe supported on two girders not less than 100mm x 150mm and two meters long each embedded in suitable foundation as approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Development and stabilizing of the Tubewell with the help of submersible pumping of 120m3 hours capacity including lowering and removing the pump till the water is silt free as per IS:2800 as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
