Cleaning of sewage lines using split Bamboo with a gunny bag piece tied with bamboo with binding wire and inserting the bamboo in sewage lines through manhole/ gully trap clear flow of sewage is observed of 100/150/200 mm bore pipe complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge at site.

Taking out and removing sludge water/waste materials/foreign materials from septic tank of any size and burring the entire sludge under ground in the pit of suitable size and covering the pit with earth or earth mixed rubbish and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m including necessary earth work in pit complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blocked water closet by flushing with water and cleaning of soil pipe upto first manhole, cleaning WC Pan/Floor trap/Nahani Trap of bathroom, kitchen/urinals and flushing cistern with water complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Cleaning of manholes with spades or bucket taking out sludge from manhole and disposed off aside by putting earth on it. Again use water with bucket and put in manhole to clear the sludge and ensure the sludge is drain out completely. The depth of manhole n.exc 1 mtr each.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation.

M &L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type B2 as in flooring of septic tank, manhole etc with 40mm graded aggregae finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth using extrra cment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, including finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded agg) as in path incl finishing even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels and drains including necessary formwork

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 as in benching & coping with 12.50mm graded aggregate incl necessary form work moulds all as specified and as directed.

M&L Precast PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded agg) solid block masonry exc 10cm in width or girth and setting CM (1:6) including demolition of Precast cement concrete block walling in any position and Including removal of debries out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and finish even and fair without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, Including removal of debries out side MD land all specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) type E2 (using 40mm graded agg) as in sub base of WC complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair Vitreous china squatting pan of pattern Orissa Pattern of size 580x 440 mm white with 110mm bore PVC ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap , front or back inlet but excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe including placing in position in floor and embedded in cushion of PCC type E2 ( 1:5:10, using 40 mm graded stone aggregates), and finishing the top surfaces to match with the existing flooring as in repairs.

S&F in repairs plastic water closet seat, white, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete.

S & F in repairs to 600mm long PVC Waste pipe to WHB/urinals/Sink complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC flush pipe of low or high density 32mm dia including jointing and fixing complete.
