SH-I: SITC of Retrofit Emission Control Device (RECD)

Supply of Retrofit emission control device (RECD) of Make M/s Pi Green Innovations Pvt. Ltd. for 500 KVA DG sets of make M/s Cummins & model KTAA-19-G10 at Admin Power House, meeting CPCB/ TNPCB notifications/ norms and Technical specifications, including loading, unloading, transportation and transit insurance etc. complete as required.

Supply of Retrofit emission control device (RECD) of Make M/s Pi Green Innovations Pvt. Ltd. for 500 KVA DG sets of make M/s Cummins & model KTA 19 at Power House near Gate No.04, meeting CPCB/ TNPCB notifications/ norms and Technical specifications, including loading, unloading, transportation and transit insurance etc. complete as required.

Supply of Retrofit emission control device (RECD) of Make M/s Pi Green Innovations Pvt. Ltd. for 320 KVA DG sets of make M/s Cummins & model QSL9 G15 at various Power Houses, meeting CPCB/ TNPCB notifications/ norms and Technical specifications including loading, unloading, transportation and transit insurance etc. complete as required.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the RECD for 500 KVA DG sets at Admin power House on Terrace as per the approved drawings from OEM M/s Pi Green Innovations Pvt. Ltd. including supply and fixing of exhaust inlet & outlet piping connections including bends, flanges & gaskets etc. with necessary modification of the existing Exhaust Piping, Cladding of the new exhaust pipes provided and damaged portions of existing exhaust pipes during execution if any, Engine Performance Check, Back Pressure Test, Testing of Emission parameters before & After installation of the RECD as per the available loads complying CPCB/ TNPCB norms if any, supply & Fabrication of necessary MS structure and suitable MS platform for RECD of not less than 30cm height, supply & laying of cables required for commissioning, earthing with GI flat of 25x5mm, providing crane services to complete the job, providing necessary threaded cap/ flange for sampling of exhaust gases, Technical supervision by the RECD OEM M/s Pi Green Innovations Pvt. Ltd. and Service team of DG Set OEM M/s Cummins for smooth installation, testing & commissioning of RECD, all other works required for commissioning of RECD including deputation of skilled manpower to carry out the job as per specifications complete etc. as required.

Ltd. including supply and fixing of exhaust inlet & outlet piping connections including bends, flanges & gaskets etc. with necessary modification of the existing Exhaust Piping, Cladding of the new exhaust pipes provided and damaged portions of existing exhaust pipes during execution if any, Engine Performance Check, Back Pressure Test, Testing of Emission parameters before & After lnstallation of the RECD including arrangement of necessary loads complying CPCB/ TNPCB norms if any, supply & Fabrication of necessary MS structure and RECD shall be installed above 1Mtr. height from ground level, shall be fixed on the MS platform, supply & laying of cables required for commissioning, earthing with GI flat of 25x5mm, providing crane services to complete the job, providing necessary threaded cap/ flange for sampling of exhaust gases, Technical supervision by the RECD OEM M/s Pi Green Innovations Pvt. Ltd. and Service team of DG Set OEM M/s Cummins for smooth installation, testing & commissioning, all other works required for commissioning of RECD including deputation of skilled manpower to carry out the job as per specifications complete etc. as required.

SH-II: AICMC of Retrofit Emission Control Device (RECD)

All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance (AICMC) of Complete Retrofit Emission Control Device (RECD) and soot collection for 500 KVA DG sets of make M/s Cummins & model KTAA-19-G10 installed at Admin Power House complete etc., as required.

For the First year after completion of 01 year DLP (Considered 3% of Supply cost of item No.1.01 of SH-I)

For the Second year (Considered yearly 5% cumulative enhancement on 1st year after DLP)

For the Third year (Considered yearly 5% cumulative enhancement on 2nd year after DLP)

For the Fourth year (Considered yearly 5% cumulative enhancement on 3rd year after DLP)

For the Fifth year (Considered yearly 5% cumulative enhancement on 4th year after DLP)

All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance (AICMC) of Complete Retrofit Emission Control Device (RECD) and soot collection for 500 KVA DG sets of make M/s Cummins & model KTA-19 installed at Power House near Gate No.4 complete etc., as required.

For the Fifth year (Considered yearly 5% cumulative enhancement on 4th year after DLP)
