Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brickwork or concrete surfaces of sunken floors duly mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items in this schedule.

Material and labour for application of one coat of water based bitumen emulsion primer at the rate of 0.3 litre per Sqm after cleaning of the surfaces thoroughly from dust, dirt and projections and applying water proofing treatment with APP polymeric membrane of weight 3 kilogram per SQM and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non oven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/SQM) over that a coat of blown bitumen of 85 / 25 at the rate of 1.2 kilogram per SQM over that providing a sand layer of 25mm thick in sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
