Repairs/servicing to 25KVA D.G. Set at Water Supply Scheme Barsoo Shalpora

Complete cleaning of the 25 KVA DG Set with Kerosene/diesel, inspection of the DG set and checking for any loose nuts, bolts and replacing the damaged ones wherever necessary, tappet setting, checking the working of the self-starter. Complete testing of the DG set after carrying out repairs/replacements by way of running the DG set on no load and load. The HSD required for testing of DG set (for half an hour) shall be provided by the firm. All the tools and tackles required for the execution of job are to be arranged and bought to the site i.e.; Water Supply Scheme by the firm. The servicing of the D.G set shall be conducted as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. (Eicher Make--- Model No. A25T)

Providing and fitting of air filters (oil bath type, Primary and Secondary type) whichever applicable, after removing the old filters by suitable means. Make: As recommended by OEM.

Providing and fitting of requisite M-oil filters, diesel filters, coolant filter, Bypass filter complete kit after removing the old by proper means. Make: As recommended by OEM.

Providing and filling of requisite quantity of M-oil (15W40). The job includes draining out of old M-oil, flushing of M-oil chamber by suitable means. Make: As recommended by OEM.

Repairs to the fuel injection Pump by way of shifting from site to workshop for necessary repairs and calibration. The job includes replacement of damaged valves, springs, gasket etc and checking and cleaning of nozzles to be followed by necessary calibration. Once repaired the fuel pump is to be shifted back to site and tested on load. The job includes cost on account of labour, tools tackles and consumables required for the job.

Repairs to Self-starter of DG set by way of: A) Dismantling and re-assembling of Self-starter. B) Providing and fitting of solenoid switch. Providing and fitting of carbon brushes.
